All in the hands of the official receiver...who will in time, if appropriate, realise the assets..the pods themselves...and then we will all find out exactly what's what..

The receivers will take the assets to bits, I have seen this before. Pity Downs failed but I guess he tried.

If Downs had nothing to do with the people involved with this scam then maybe, just maybe people would believe him. Truth is he knows all the dodgy scum bags that were/are behind it! His office had been practically the HQ for "Capita Joke". Downs himself may not be the ring leader but he has certainly been mixing with the scum and he defo knows all the twists and turns that allowed this cluster F U C k to go ahead

The point is not only do the victims of the scammers need their money back but the scammers need to be sent to jail. And anybody who helped protect them. Downs was protecting the scammers not the victims so he's as bad as them. He should also spend the rest of his life in prison because he has been dirty dishonest and deceiptful

You are so so wrong but you think you are right so provide the evidence that you think you have and I will prove you wrong straight away .

There is no point in your post as you state the obvious with regard to putting scammers in jail.thats common sense so save your breath.

Probably all three. Best keep them separate so they can't cook up any more scams together. If the prisons are full then there are plenty of store pods available to use as cells.

They will be used as apartments and apparently an equestrian centre is on the horizon

and graves - toilets probably in the pipeline too :(

When will you , once and for all understand that to be guilty of something you have to have committed an offence . Tell me then what offence i have committed and give me the evidence  that you have and i will prove you are 100 per cent wrong . You keep saying i am guilty  but you do not say of what , so can we bring this to a  close with all your evidence  please and let me put you right. Just to help you along the way do not forget any offences that were committed took place between september 2012 and september 2013  . I started to act in october 2014 ,13 months  after all transactions had been completed  and whatever had been done had been done at least 13 months before . Think about this and you will realise why i protest at your allegations . With regard to paul t , if only you knew how much work and effort he has put into this then you would not make such remarks .
