Humble, respectful and friendly suggestion Paul: Perkins, Fowler and Downs are going down with the rest of the scammers once the OR/IP get their teeth into them. You're looking more and more like a spokesman/possible shadow director for ITSL and you've made it clear you've been working with Perkins and Downs. Keep some distance from these guys, you are too close, they'll bring you down too if you are not careful. It is being said you are involved and being the ITSL "front man" because you were also flogging Capita Oak, so tread carefully please.

Yes, I've tried to unravel things with certain  individuals ...if that counts as working with,then I've been working HMRC ,Insolvency, TPR and various media channels too.
Can you elaborate on your final comment though..front man ? Stuck in the middle ...and the thought of flogging anything at all that isn't regulated just isn't me (sorry to disappoint the person  who mentioned something about regulated stuff a week or so ago)...
Flogging capita oak...laughable...I've waited for that comment though..by simply having an open mind and helping the lady who came to me in Feb 14 saying "what's this I've got.."
Also worth noting...just because I talk to people doesn't mean I have opinions based soley on that chat.. but maybe the 100's of pages of evidence that came to light a few weeks ago when the petition was served....yes there are questions still to ask...and I continue to assist by asking more questions..

I must tell you i totally object to your remarks , i have been an accountant for almost 56 years  and there is not enough money on this planet to induce me to do anything illegal . I am afraid he is - if he had ever genuinely wanted to help the victims he was unbelievably inept/lazy, but it now seems clear all he was trying to do was string everybody along for as long as possible and protect Perkins and Fowler. And Payne. What a shame, he could have done so much and have come out of this a hero. Instead, he is seen as being as bad as the scammers. PaulT should steer well clear of him from now on.

As i said previously i have all the evidence  to back up what i am saying and what i have done , i have not protected any person at all because there is no reason to and i have the evidence to support that . So tell me what is your evidence ? I am still working to make sure that the members get what they are entitled to. I really do not want to come out of this as a hero , i just want to complete the job that i started , my one and only concern is for the members, no other person.

If it helps to complete the jigsaw for everyone..members,HMRC,Insolvency,Media and the O R then I will speak to him. I would be silly not to when we are both in receipt of the hundreds of pages as part of the petition which whilst the pages clear up a lot of issues, there are a few grey areas
If it helps, why should I steer clear ?

For what reason will Downs be struck off, when he is not associated (Director, Shareholder) with any of the companies.

Some people really do talk nonsense when they haven't a clue what they are talking about.

There seem to be a lot of comments from those in the know that do not help the rest of us at all. Can anyone give a sensible answer about the possibility of getting some value from the storage units and the rent back? Is that too much to ask?
