this is Brian downs here . I can assure you 100per cent that until two days ago I had never heard of Noel surin .imperial house is an office block not only occupied by my firm but by a number of other companies . I would also point out that people come to see us, register their company and we never see them again because they do not use the company . Why keep attacking me ,you will  not achieve anything because no wrong doing has taken place .
