how long is this going to drag on? people should start considering taking TW@ to court now and trying to recover as much money as they can.  Non payment of the two years rent is surely a breah of contract?

It would appear that toby whittaker paid the returns monies as requested  although it was totally wrong . Tomorrow is the court hearing so we shall see what action is taken after that hearing.

i dont understand how was it 'totally wrong?' he paid the wrong amount? he paid the wrong organisation? he just said he paid but never did?

We understand that he paid the correct amount to the company as requested .

You'll have the relevant receipts then ? And forwarded copies to the insolvency services then,with account no ect.
