The IS will have carried out a detailed investigation, that's why a petition has been lodged to wind up the 3 companies in the public interest. The judge will decide next course of action if he/she is satisfied with evidence, it could be opposed. An official receiver will then be appointed by the court. I think

Hopefully one thing that will come out is how the Pods are not such a good investment and it stops more people being 'conned' . Heard first hand today no agent will offer to sell on if you decide you want out..

Seen a few blogs where they pay the 8% then after that market conditions dictate. So no one ever gets the 10 or 12%. Also talk of 30 - 50 % commissions for agents. Wonder what commission he pays for the car park newly appointed agents....
