the great problem on this site is to really identify the writer ,  i would not think for one minute that it was toby whittaker who was posting .

what infact he said was that he was not aware how much was invested in the pension schemes  not in his company.

this company who have had an active website since 2013 submit dormant accounts for 2014.

i agree that it most unusual ,especially as there does not appear to be any associated companies that are trading . what is the significance of this company , what are you suggesting?

The significance Brian is that they push store first and park first on to innocent investors.  Bring in the management fees and commission and then file a return to say the company made £2?

The lack of funding in to our public services are going to let a lot of organisations off like this one

once again theories. it could be that the organisation that is actually trading is a sole trader or a partnership in which case the accounts need not be filed anywhere except with hmrc. . why not report your findings or theories to hmrc , tell them what you think .
