It's hard to comprehend but YOU THE INDIIVIDUAL have a duty of care, you ignore all the free advice/info out there. For whatever reason you go for the promised big returns . As Mr Whittaker senior has quoted ' it's a tough world out there'. He was once barred from being a Director for a few years you know,

Bubba runs it as a partnership, lessons learnt from his previously banned Director Pa and his Convicted Fraudster mate Quentin. Sure Tw@t has been schooled the same.

Name the four alleged suspects. The other four were dragged in to this by Angie and the 415k which she never shut up about. 415k which is a drop in the ocean compared to what others made

WIthout Payne, Perkins , Fowler and Ward this would not have got off the ground. The Bromley lot all closing ranks to cover up their guilt. They were not dragged into this, they set the bloody scheme up and dealt with the admin. They are absolutely in on it up their scrawny necks. 415,000 may seem a drop in the ocean to well-off scammers, what an arrogant thing to say.

It's not an arrogant thing to say. You are focussing on a small amount compared to the millions others made from this scam.  They may have set this up but others profited..shouldn't we be concentrating on the ones that made the most out of this? Not the scape goats? How's your mate James Hadley?

So, Payne, fowler, perkins and ward set this up.?" Set this up" indicates they started it,thought the whole thing up etc. They did NOT, you know that and yet you still think that  half is bigger than 4.5.WHY?

If that's the case,I would like to hear from her, exactly what that agenda is as it doesn't help us.Focusing on the same old, without the slightest bit of interest in the lions share just seems weird.

    If replies to hello
you go back to her earlier posts at the start of this forum all she ever did was talk about Perkins and co and their share of the 415k, the millions that disappeared were never mentioned. I'd like to hear from the people that paid her to help them. I recent read a letter that she sent to..talk about unprofessional..
"Prudential has a once-only opportunity here to emerge from this series of debacles as a shining example of how a leading pension provider should respond to valid complaints of negligence. If Prudential sets a conscientious example and compensates the victims voluntarily (notwithstanding the POS determination above) then all the other providers will have no option other than to follow suit.

I have thrown down the gauntlet. I look forward to your early response. You and Prudential can either emerge as a hero or a villain, since I can assure you there is a determined and highly-organised campaign to bring ALL negligent ceding providers to justice in respect of negligent transfers to pension liberation scams. With a compliance and legal team the size of Huddersfield, I sincerely hope that Prudential will now elect to become a hero amongst the depressing tide of ceding providers who have sought pathetically to justify their failings in thousands of negligent transfers to obvious scams."
If we received that at work it would give us all a good laugh!

No wonder this went nowhere in the end. That's why they got away with it.

Because of Angie Brooks they got off.

    Bravo Angie!
