The solicitors doing the threatening represent TW@. this forum was set up by people that have lost their pensions through a scam that TW@ is involved in. Posts from this forum cannot be removed by said solicitors thanks to US freedom of speech laws.

If the people set up their own site it's open to threats from solicitors, an American site isn't governed by British law. This thread is just fine as it is.
