they are being restored ,they were being struck off because there accounts were late but now they have been filed.

When I posted they were being struck off...that has been changed to discontinued today. I don't need to be careful about anything

Hi I've got 90 k invested in Stirefirst via CLP brokers now liquidated. Carey pensions were company that took my money, charged me large fees and then fobbed off my complaints that storefirst were not what they seemed. I can't get my money back.  My complaint with ombudsman since April. Ongoing still. I'm not hopeful. I was poorly advised, Carey didn't even look at Stotefirst as an suitable investment. Just took the cash and then denied any and all liability in taking my money and investing it in an unregulated so called investment scheme which gives you zero teturns. Your money is tied up in commercial storage that can take years to offload- if at all!

I think fees for accountants, lawyers, action groups are fine for discussion but do not let the conmen divert this thread from the issue like they are trying to do now.

Have you had any returns? And we're you provided with paper work to state where and which store pods were bought? Have you spoke to TW@?

individual members are not provided with details of which pods were purchased in the investment . they never are.

In this type of "pension'',  the "assets" are pooled and each member should be given a account number, with valuations for the individual account that would include the value of the "assets" apportioned to that account and earning accrued. The people that set this up had no intention of ever providing this information which is why they wanted an up front admin fee.There was never going to be any more admin other that taking monies from safe pension A to scam B.
