I think you are talking about two different types of investor. The individual investor that is daft enough to buy pods is one thing, a group of investors left to the whims of the administrator of the assets who gets some sneak to draw up a disclaimer for the investments is quite another.

I'm not one of them, please don't think I am. As another poster said I've got confused between the individual investor and the 'pension' collective.

Missing something here, wasn't it Hadley who picked the investment had his mate Talbot who did the deal with his mate Toby who provided office space and assets for the salesmen to go about their business ?? The admin did just what they were contracted to do, process applications ?? If people have been misled about the investment. Disclaimers are part and parcel of everyday living...

If the admin just processed the applications then the fault lies with Hadley,Talbot and tw@ for coming up with such a scheme...chapman-Clarke for setting up the admin.

Have you looked at who was involved in the admin? They knew they were complicit in a scam and some of them are still scamming. The whole lot need locking up.

I know who did the admin and SCC is mentioned there in my list, we need to get to the top of the pyramid and that wasnt the admin it was the the TW@ that came up with the scheme.  I agree the whole lot need locking up and the scam has started again with parkfirst but its the ones who are paying the large amounts of comission that need to be locked up first.

They are not BREAKING any clause, they simply are not buying them back, it's their choice

These T&C would take a genuis to unravel . And that's what they relying on
