hi joe , it was not a claim my friend , it was a point of fact  that all monies were accounted for . the problem was and still is who controlled the investment and the return on the investment  but at least the official receiver has these facts .

joe , i can assure you as i always have that none of the original fund is missing ,it is the return on the fund that is missing. why do you now think that a large proportion of the fund is missing.

Well I believe the 40-50% commissions didn't come out of TW's pocket

in my opinion  it does not affect the investment value

I think we need to look at claims made by someone on here that Metis Law were told not to get valuations when the pods were bought. Is there any truth in that and who told them not to?
