People need to start asking Berkeley Burke some serious questions about there relationship with all involved in scam. They won't like bad publicity for there business potential when I call them I get fobbed of with you signed a disclaimer about high risk alternative investment. They have 650 clients on there books paying a fee every year. Think of how much they make for doing what ?

The Radio Four programme covered the overpricing of the units, but I was surprised that there was not more information about the rent. What it the level of occupation and what is the level of rent? We know the first two years rent was stolen, but from year three? Has anyone with a SIPP had any rent? Capita Oak has not had any. Is it not possible for a group action to sue for the rent? In fact, here is an idea, why don't Berkeley Burke and Careys pursue the rent to cover their fees instead of wiping out the SIPP holders with their annual fees?
