Wouldn't Berkeley and Careys audited accounts answer that, I believe Careys have revalued the asset.

I've already contacted Berkeley Burke having a duty of care to there clients and they don't seem to give a dam as long as they take there fees every year till sipp account is empty. Then what ?

My advice to any client over 55 contact your sipp provider and close down account take what money is left as if you don't you will all lose everything,

To me..a revaluation doesn't matter if you can't sell the asset...unless it's bought back !!

Then, you will have to start funding the SIPP to pay the fees until you get rid of the "asset", or the SIPP providers will take action to recover the fees from you. Are no SIPPS getting any rent either?
