I made a list of the people that seem to have been mentioned on this neverending saga that had something to do with this scheme.To sort the wheat from the chaff, can you let us know which ones are the very good people?

A list of people who have deliberately set out to defraud people is more useful, not people who have been caught up in this debacle.. I think over 50% of your list is correct, but why no Dunlop .

I missed out Dunlop! I think the only one that was "caught up" was Chant.

The members know the names,the authorities know the names but they are not for this site  but you have seven that appear to be correct,the other seven certainly not .

tell the BBC to stop naming some of them.

First they mentioned Hadley & Scc brokering a deal over 12 months ago. Then Keith Ryder the accountant who couldn't be found and the missing 600k. They then mention Talbot & Whittaker who negotiated commission deal for Transeuro, who financed Jackson Francis to call and forge documents of which Ben Fox was a director.

If you say so but it just seems to me that there is a huge web of deceit and cover ups and finger pointing between the baddies.

It would appear to be the case for some. Sipp/storage gets a mention on the Money box prog today R4 12.05 according to advert.

Just a passing reference ,not important.

At least it gets mentioned in the same prog as overseas property, burial plots and other dubious investments..

Mentions are a good warning

Any reference to anything that may well be a con has got to be important. It's all good

It mentioned that cash term deposits are to be classed as risky investments it is no wonder the pensions world is in a mess.

Take your point...though with cash returns being so low,they don't hardly stand still in real terms

and according to that programme the fees will be huge if you hold deposits in cash. The investor gets screwed whatever they do.
