Hello sir,i think that a certain amount of sympathy/empathy might go a little way to understanding how this situation is affecting quite a lot of people that have or are in the process of losing their retirement fund,this could well be a few thousand pounds to hundreds of thousands of pounds.I personally are possibly going to lose about £30,000,and please do not think that i am taking this lightly, far from it, laws stop me from acting in response to the way i am being robbed.I am not in good health and that investment was going to help soften the blow of incapacity over the coming years. I will try and get by, but a good deal of the people that have been robbed by this man/company were relying on revenue from this so-called investment to look after loved ones in their old age care.Please do not think i am focusing on you, i am not, there are several avatars on this site that do not wish to use their real name for whatever reason, i use my real name so that people can check to see if i am legitimate, which i am and will do all i can do to bring this horrible man to justice.

Indeed it does...and it wouldn't surprise me if that was the case.

need the authorities to take more notice of these bbc investigations.  And show the public that their interests are being taken care of and show the fraudsters that they can't get away with what they are doing.

10 - 14% occupancy despite spending hundreds of thousands on google ?. Just google self storage and see how many ads come up.
Plenty if you google storage investment. Bound to fail, but maybe that was the plan all along.

Don't think the next recession will come quick enough to use that excuse again.

have caught in to what Toby Whittaker is about...personal profit...he has conned so many investors...direct ones and through pension schemes. Media is not going to be a good enough excuse now that his real business model has been revealed. Just need the police to knock on his door now.

at the end of the day, now that his fate is "almost" sealed, what are the chances of any investor getting anything back? I , personally, believe that flight tickets will be being  bought as we speak. Gone never to be seen again.
