Sorry but this was reported a few weeks back

There are so many victims here plus of course the professional moaners but how many people have reported this to the authorities ?

we where doing as authorities monitor forums like this.

You are annoying, you need to take your caps lock off and you also need to understand that these crooks and scum of the earth have been reported. Major newspapers, bbc and various forums have complained and investigated...what have the authorities done? Other than put capita oak in to liquidation? Stuart chapman Clark is still walking the streets after conning people out of their pensions, Toby Whittaker is still paying extortionate amounts of commission to further fraudsters to sell his worthless stock.

expect authorities to do anything quick, not for the blebs anyway. The whole system of companies house and fit and proper persons is wrong. How about setting up a company from overseas.

I've had just had a good idea, if you can't beat em join em..

That is exactly what I am saying  . I rob a bank of say 10 million ,get arrested in hours and locked up for probably 20years .i rob a pension scheme of 10million and nothing appears to happen  other than radio programmes  and newspaper articles.as far as capita oak. Is concerned 300 people have been robbed  and nothing has happened.

It's maybe because some 'important' people with influence were robbed not your average Joe blogs

This is only my  personal opinion, there is a lot of people on this site that are beginning to have arguments and disagreements with each other,i do not know if this is a purely a natural occurance, or a subtle worm introduced by the Drones employed by mr T whittaker, the second part of his name is sadly very, very relevent. He is a very ,very ruthless and cunning individual, He is not concerned in the slightest that he has stolen your life savings, he will place the blame on the people that he employs to take the blame. So everyone that is suffering the actions of this reprobate follow the proper channels. I  act on the probability that my investment is now gone, probably a horse, or a holiday in Prague, or private schooling for his offspring. So let us all  try and nail you know who the legal way and find any correspondence you have from  day one and send it to the appropriate authority. After all,you have nothing to lose.
Stop arguing amongst  ourselves and try and bring this Man/Company to book.

This is what I have been suggesting for a long long time spat least you have decided to do something ,well done and great posting.

Apparently portia financial (Ben fox/ Westhead/Parle) has now been forced to stop placing pensions into QROPS. No surprise there though. More pension savers losing money purely to line his pockets.
No doubt he or one of his brown nosers will be reading this, laughing
