I see what you are getting at, TW@ will get what he deserves one way or another because as its come to light its not just the capita oak investors who are being conned its the direct investors too.  Store First is nothing more than a pyramid scheme; those at the top of the pyramid are being paid with money that belongs to those lower down the chain, which is why they will never see a return on their investment.  How else can 8% return be guaranteed as soon as you invest? because its being paid back to you from your initial investment or from someone else's investment.

This is because most of the book value of his firms are based on money owed to them by other companies in the same group. It is a circular loan with no underlying asset other, self supporting, like people sitting in a circle on each others laps without any chairs.

I am not sure why this is allowed, as it misleads suppliers as well as investors.

The money that everyone paid in (sale of pods, management fees, people renting storage) had the running costs taken from it, then converted to pure profit, which was paid out to Toby in dividend.  There was no liquidity retained in any of these businesses. They are not really businesses as they are not attempting to trade in any normal fashion.

All i can see is people that have a genuine interest in this forum are being crowded out by some people who are quite content to cause confusion and distrust among the genuine investors that have and are losing thousands, if not Millions of pounds collectively. It may well be Trolls or Employees of Mr Whittaker that are succeeding in disrupting any progress being made by investors. The proposal of assembling a large Group of Investors to turn up at Group First Headquarters is a valid one,The only problem would be Logistics, what i am saying is that investors will be from hundreds of different locations across the UK, apart from that,T.W need only get a Whiff of the action and would just decide to spend the day with his Wife And the Horses that you and i are paying for. All i can say is to make your complaints loud and clear to every authority that you can, all information would be welcome, and will be added to the files that they are compiling, believe me the Company, as well as the Man and his associates are in for a very, very hard time.IMOPO.

May be aware, there are a few companies springing up to claim compensation for Mis sold SIPPS, with Storefirst being one of the targets.
As I understand, TW@ is valuing his pods now at 50% of the original value/ purchase price. The actual value seems to be nearer 10%.
