What about the liabililty of SIPP firms that took in these tin cans without checking the values? Wasn't there some discussion about metis law being told not to get valuations for capita oak when the cans were purchased? Doesnt that need investigating too?

Not quite correct but metis law were instructed not to deal with the returns monies  and that was totally wrong in my view.

When Bromley Bill realised on 20th May 2013 that the 8% pa returns were missing, why did he not call the Old Bill?

Quite simple ,it was neither the duty or the responsibility of bill perkins ,that duty was with the director at the time and the time period was between september 2012 and august 2013 so 20th may 2013 does not enter into the situation. I can assure that the official receiver is more than aware of these facts and has been for over a year.

Have instructed Storefirst not to rent out any of my Pods if it will cost me money, as it seems to. They can either hike up their rental values, then people won't rent them, or leave them vacant. Hopefully either way they won't get any money from them

I do not laugh at serious matters. Karl dunlop was a director from 16th november 2012 until 24th july 2013 . There was no director between 24th july until 30th october  2013 when maria orolofo was appointed  . All this was published over 14 months ago. Please keep  up !
