I am surprised , like you , that there is an assumption of any capital value. No insolvency practitioner appointed yet? Has none been appointed as there are no obvious funds to pay for such a practitoner cos they dont come cheap?  It is a bit odd that there is such a delay, anyone shed light of this?

id say its because there are no funds to pay for a practitioner, the little cash that could be available is tied up in the tin cans

Do not forget that the land on which the pods sit is registered at the land registry  in the name of capita oak ,there has to be some value there.

Fingers crossed that there is, but enough for a large firm of accountants to take on the IP job?

Do not forget that the capita oak scheme belongs to its members and not to imperial  so capita oak needs to employ a solicitor to take action to recover the investment and non paid returns. An ip practitioner does not need to be involved .
