all a waste of time  as i have said before  attack them en bloc through the authorities, that is the only way.

It was the "authorities" that set the train in motion that allowed all these pension scams in the first place.

when they say authorities it means the OR and police.

Relevant authorities are investigating capita oak thourghly and now that more irregularities have shown up in the store first model they will be investigated further too. The r4 show is very helpful to everyone and everything will very soon lead to convictions. Just because the investigations are not done in public doesn't mean no action is being taken

sorry but how can you be so sure that convictions will be made as at this moment of time only interviews have been made and that was over a year ago .

I did the same with other spam about fantastic investments in car parks and student pods landing here.

By now convictions would have been in full swing. It is safe to say that with the contracts and disclaimers they had in place, the likelihood of getting anything is slim.

In reality, investors have at the end of the day received a purpose built storage unit. As far as Store First are concerned, they have delivered according to their side of the contract. Be sure of that. They wouldn't screw that one up.

I feel this is a lost cause in terms of both energies, time and further resources exerted in the hope of getting anything back.
