If the OR has passed the fit and proper person test to be a trustee of a pension fund if that's the case.

Capita oak did not have a trustee but in any event the orcannot stand as a trustee.

That was part of the con, using the word trustees on the application form that everyone signed.

I do not believe that the forms said that imperial were the trustees but that imperial trustees ltd were the administrators which is entirely different.

Read what you wrote... Imperial Trustees ( Yep, that is their name ) are not trustees! Why are they called that then?

When someone is asked to sign the forms with the statement-

"I fully nderstand that the Trustees, Administrators or managers of the Scheme are solely responsible for all decisions relating to the purchase, retention and sale of investments forming part of my membership. Furthermore, I agree to hold the Trustees, Administrators or Managers fully indemnified against again claim in respect of such decisions."

I think they can be forgiven for thinking Imperial Trustee Services was acting as a trustee.

Please understand i am 100%on the side of the members , i am merely pointing out to you that imperial were not trustees  of the scheme , it was crazy in the first place to name the company imperial trustees.
