- You guys are so thick replies to Paul T| 12 replies30% was commission not a fee. Keep up, how the hell can this be untangled if people dont understand the basics.
If I make something and sell it through a network of agents and pay them commission rather than a salary there is absolutely nothing illegal about that at all. Plenty of businesses run on that basis.
what is important is that the business model is viable and legal. There are obviously elements of this that appear illegal / criminal ie the way the pension funds where setup and administered / diverted members funds BUT that is completely seperate from the product purchased, how that was sold, how the business is run etc.... I am sure the authorities are looking at both but it appears to me one has acted illegally (ie the pension side of things) and was (as much as we dislike the fact) has not. We may not like the business model but that does not mean it is illegal ! - Tw@ replies to You guys are so thick| 1 replyOut to defend his business model again.

- pug1| 3 repliesHas anyone invested in the airport car parks Park First?
Having read a lot about this scheme I am now beginning to regret the fact that I did invest and am wondering if anyone here is on year 3 and are still being paid?
There's a lot of finger wagging on here which would put anyone off from sharing their struggles or fears about what they've been through.
I'm just asking if people know about the parking, it's hard to find much about it at this early stage. Thanks- Caller: Park first

- Paul T replies to pug1Warnings posted by action fraud (or FCA) last year I'm afraid
- Lost cause replies to pug1The finger wagging isn't from the people who were unfortunate enough to invest.
Did you go through a introduction company or a group first agent?
Warnings are always issued after a large number of people have already invested. - Ayaz Saboor| 22 repliesI work for Hugh James solicitors who specialise in claims for pension mis-selling.
