It's not difficult to take £10,000 from an investor and give them £800 back after a year. The question is what is left when the investor wants to encash his investment.

The fact that even this £800 sweetener has been disappeared by Capita Oak is a separate problem.

The taking of fees was lawful . The stealing of members returns is not lawful  so you are partly correct .

I can assure you the TAKING OF FEES was not legal ie.. 30 % going to various people and disappearing to the British Virgin Islands - Direct from the supposed pension fund. All this is in the public domain. I can also assure you that the Insolvency service has a host of lawyers preparing a big case on this very fact. Where on earth do you get your information or even your opinions from. ???????
