The connection is that the company decided to invest all the money in storefirst so tying up the pension fund that the comapny was supposed to run,  investing 100 per cent with store first.the company threw its lot totally in with store first . who is at fault, well that is the issue.

i say,in law they are not connected parties. at the end of the day what are you  trying to say or prove. if the official receiver can prove that fraud took place or was committed  by one side or the other then i suppose action can be taken but as isay again in law they are not connected parties .

If Mr A runs a firm and Mr B runs a firm and they conspire to create Capita Oak....not sure what else there is to say

They are not connected in law but in all probability they have conspired to defraud.if they have then why is there no action either by the or or the police after a lapse of one year

Is that that Payne, Ward, Tw@t , Hadley and Talbot scum and SCC and the others have other pension scams reported to the pension advice service for the same sort of thing and nowt happened
