It's just a small or large measure of the people your dealing with.

take note of what you are reading and looking at. the last accounts filed for bordeaux fine wines  were for 2012 that showed stock of 2.3 million  at the balance sheet date  whereas the liquidators report showing stock of 800k was some 2 years later . you will drive yourself crazy when reading financial reports if you totally disregard the dates.

so what . i expect the accountant has a connection to many companies as their accountant . again looking back on these pages you will see that bordeaux ceased a number of months before the accountant started for imperial  so even there no connection between the two companies.

Those returns look a bit different to me, interesting 2500 cheques not traced by liquidator according to last report, some auditor that was.

i have searched companies house and can see that downs formed the company and was appointed director NOT secretary  and then resigned when gundlach was appointed. do you understand now

all has nothing to do with capita oak or store first, so let's stick to these two please.
