Talk of selling the pods

Is there any cash in the pot to pay for an or?  I am not sure any receiver would be happy to get paid out of the assets. Anon and Paul T seem to think there is value can they persuade an or?

It's in the hands of the official receiver after the Insolvency did their bit...it's not gone on from there in any great shape or form...if you're talking about the OR appointing a trustee,can't see that happening and I would rather the OR dealt with it him/herself rather than chucking money at a Daraida esq style scenario.

The situation is that the or has been appointed to act as liquidator  to imperial . At the outset the or thought that controlling  imperial they also controlled capita oak but they do not .There is a horrible thought that in a fire sale the total proceeds of the pods would fetch only 10p in the £ and that would be a disaster.

10p in the pound?

Yes...or up to 30p max...personally

Liquidators want shut asap, think PLEASE UNDERSTAND is probably right. Unfortunately.

Has been too slow. The victims need to make their voices heard and ask for some real results.

That advice was given to members about 3 months ago . They really must act and re act quickly.

from weekly conversations with Insolvency and some off the record comments from them - there is a big investigation going on into Storefirst, and a pack of lawyers on the case. From what I gather th Insolvency Service is trying to get rid of Storefirst people, take Legal action against owners and take over or shut down the WHOLE groupfirst organisation

time, all Toby does is open more companies creating more inter company loans, and misery for investors. Latest figures show 51 active companies with total nett worth minus £197,000.00. The whole lots built on sand.I see Gahans gone to a solvent one !!!!

This is true it is good news, tw@ will have got away with a lot in the past but proper action should stop any future scams.  Everyone who has been trapped by store first should contact the insolvency service.

And much more respectable it seems.
