Read the previous comment and worked it out, slow on the uptake this morning.
I was trying to be helpful, it did not occur to me that the owner of Storefirst would not want to help. The Storefirst websites talk of expansion, surely the owner has an interest in protecting the integrity of the business by helping the investors.None of this makes commercial sense for an ongoing business. I am obviously not seeing the whole picture.

Very much doubt Downs will be on here.  Perkins and Fowler have told him to keep it zipped.

Conning investors of deposits for apartments wouldn't have made business sense but he did it, selling off plan apartments with parking spaces and then later staing parking not included wouldn't have made sense but he did it. Just take a look at his directorship record and you will see his ventures last a year ish and then close before accounts can be filed.

He didn't respond then?  Can't understand why not.  Surely he wants Transeuro, who stole 1.6m from the Capita Oak members, prosecuted and sued as much as we do?  Why would TW want to risk being seen to be in league with Transeuro?  Albeit they were guests at the Store First xmas party a couple of years back and are tenants of TW at Goodlass Road.  But as we now know they are thieves and fraudsters wouldn't he want to see them get justice and be seen to help the victims who were defrauded?  And wouldn't the directors and shadow directors of ITSL want to help? (if they are innocent?).  Trouble is, everyone is coming to the inevitable conclusions, and soon it will all come out in the public domain and guilt/innocence will be proven.  Staying silent doesn't help unfortunately.

They are going to get plenty of mail (poor postman!).  Trouble is so many members of the Post Office and Royal Mail occupational schemes were ripped off in Ark, Capita Oak and Westminster they might deliver more than just letters.

A quick search on UK company records tells me enough. More importantly, it should have told the trustees of this scheme enough too. Don't take this as my condoning the Storefirst practices but this is negligence on an appalling scale by the trustees of the scheme and anyone else involved in the operation of this. It galls me to see a qualified IFA and pension advisor involved in the administration of this scheme, as mentioned recently, he would have known what was going to happen in the long run. How are the public going to distinguish between a bona fide pensions advisor and the rest if this is allowed to happen? I hope the Pension Ombudsman's ruling is followed up with legal action.

You have no idea of the number of scams that particular IFA has been involved with. The due diligence in this case  was " How much dosh can we trouser if we use UK pension holders' money to invest?'', that was about the sum of it.

If the accounts have been completed, then they are what they are. What is there to talk about with lawyers? Bank statements and transactions cannot be backdated or changed, so the accounts are just a summary of what happened. The past is the past and cannot be altered. If rent is due, what has that got to do with delaying the accounts? The rent is not in the accounts, so print this as not in the accounts.
If there is nothing to hide, let the accounts be distributed.

Problem is how to describe the various entries and then how to justify them.  There will be a lot of explaining to do such as 98k paid out in commission (to whom and why?) 100k paid to Thurlstone and various spurious payments.  Also the missing 1.22 million worth of transfers.  If they produce the accounts they produce the evidence against their own scam.  It is clear that this was an organised and deliberate fraud and they know that it is all going to come out.  If they genuinely believed they were innocent they would have published the accounts back in October and they have much to hide.

Angie is totally correct Mr Downs

You have all the evidence to sort this mess out. Its a real shame that you obviously refuse to expose Alan & Bill. You know the truth will come out at some point!

All you have done on this website is seriously damage your rep. Now hundreds of followers will see that you actually didn't help the members at all.

We all know you can produce the damming evidence,  however Alan & Bill must have some kind of huge hold over you.

Shame on you, and I will look forward to the day when you are all exposed for your crimes!
