Thanks to everyone that is involved they never  gave up to try and get a result and I have no doubt they will keep trying a big thank you.

Bear in mind guys that this is just the start of a long road. You are dealing with people that do not want to come clean, they have histories and have mastered their trade well.

I fear there is a long way to go and I just want to say that you should not give up or they will do it again and again.

I of course realise that you did the very thing that I warned Metis Law you would probably do if you were culpable and that is to immediately remove me as a director of Imperial Trustee Services Ltd. within minutes of my appointment.

Metis Law were warned, in writing, of the consequences of not providing me with the required information within the tiny available window before you removed me, and sadly for them (and you) they failed to act fast enough.  However, they will not - now - be allowing any transfers of the funds held in their client account until there is some legal clarity.

You have a choice of two avenues, and your choice depends upon your own integrity and how much you value your freedom.

1. You can continue to accept the instructions of your "masters" and you now know that I know exactly who they are and the extent of their activities/complicity/guilt.  And you can go down with them - or not as the case may be.  It may take days or weeks or months but believe me there are sufficient interested and influential, powerful parties out there to ensure that all those responsible will be brought to account and face justice.  And it is your decision as to whether you go down with them.

2. You can emerge from this debacle with some degree of honour and integrity.  Remember there are 300 members of Capita Oak.  And within the next few hours they will all know where you live.  I cannot be held responsible for the actions of those who have been scammed.  But you can.  Ask yourself who are you more afraid of.  If you work with me and help the Capita Oak members you can emerge from this debacle with some degree of honour.  If you stick with the scum you have allowed to become your masters you are likely to spend years behind bars, [***] in a bucket.

Ask yourself - are they paying you enough?  Can you disappear fast enough?  Do you have loved ones whom you can protect from the furious Capita Oak members?  They will know where you live by tomorrow. They will never rest until you are brought to justice, because ultimately you are legally and morally responsible and your removal of me as director unfortunately compounds your guilt in this matter.  Had you been truly innocent you would have communicated with me and worked with me to rescue the victims.  Now, all you have done is to confirm everyone's suspicions that you were in league with the fraudsters.

Christopher, believe me - I make a terrific ally.  But equally a terrible adversary.  Ward/Perkins/Fowler will tell you otherwise - and they are lining their pockets to a greater degree than you can ever imagine.  The latter won't bring you flowers when you are using your bucket and neither will I.  You chose.  Call me 0034858995645.  Stop being a puppet and show some balls.  All you have done so far is to show you are one of the fraudsters.  Safe yourself.  And the 300 Capita Oak members.  It only takes one of them...

I for one will be there, my wife has lost her only pension, I will not let it go!

They still owe some of the Ark victims money which they haven't returned.

I have taken over as trustee of Capita Oak.  I have removed RP Medplant who were (according to the trust deed) the sponsoring employer and have also removed Imperial Trustee Services Ltd. as trustees.

Metis Law solicitors, acting for Christopher Payne, one of the previous directors of Imperial, are apparently challenging my trusteeship in court and I welcome this as it will be in the members' interests to have this matters clarified before a court.  It looks like there may be more than 2 million out of the 10 million funds missing and 441k of this has gone to Christopher Payne's company TKE Admin to my knowledge.

Toby Whittaker of Store First has assured me of his full cooperation in establishing the worth and rental income of the assets.  Metis Law are acting in a hostile and defensive manner, but that's ok - am happy to have this matter sorted out in court.

Formal complaints are being lodged against Metis Law for being an intermediary in a fraudulent pension scheme involving liberation.  I have issued a new, emergency trust deed for the Capita Oak scheme and all members are welcome to email me for a copy    angiebrooks99@gmail.com.  

Please be assured that all parties to this scam will be thoroughly investigated and reported for fraud, negligence and complicity and that the people behind this scheme will be publicly denounced.
