Hardly. The IS and other know where it went, stolen rent and 30% commission and the balance in unsaleable assets.
Moot point, could Hadley have pulled this off without those clowns ?

Evidence that Angela Brooks put up a smokescreen to keep people away from Hadley:

    1. Is a director of Hadley's company Highgate Trustees Ltd.
    2. Consistently denied that R P Medplant existed and only backed down when shown evidence that it did. This trail would have led back to Hadley sooner, probably through a company incorporation agent in Cyprus - had it been pursued.
    3. Consistently blamed Stephen Ward and Bill Perkins, when they were only contractors doing the admin.
    4. Consistently "went after" Imperial Trustee Services, when this was not the cause of the problem.
    5. Claimed that Hadley worked for Barncroft Associates, a company of which Stuart Chapman-Clarke was sole director when he did not.

A lot of this was very obviously visible at the time. I had a look at Hadley's old LinkedIn profile. He is friends with Antonio Torres who provides nominee directors and banking out of Netherlands Antilles. They endorsed each other on LinkedIn for pensions and banking respectively. Interestingly, Hadley was given an endorsement for "Overseas trusts" by Simon Weston (Falklands veteran etc). Hadley was also endorsed for "tax" by Hidayet Türk Ünal, owner of Rebese Consulting of Nicosia, Cyprus - specialising in Northern Cyprus business services.

The people operating out of Goodlass Road often claimed to be working for Nationwide Benefit Consultants, a company of which Hadley was sole director (he only resigned from it in May this year).

The decision to invest in Storefirst as the investment vehicle seems to have been made solely by Hadley, no doubt due to the potential returns. The money was paid out to Transeuro as a way of paying for the sales and lead generation at Goodlass Road (paid to Talbot and Chapman-Clark). Hadley ended up living in a £850,000 house owned by an offshore trust while he set up other pension schemes of a similar nature.

    Quote:
Things are closing in on Group First.
I gave an interview to the FCA about 9 months ago, where the subject was an investigation into Toby Whitaker and Park First.
Last week the FCA closed Park First and prevented them marketing Luton Airport. I believe Group First will go to court over this.
The issue of course for you is none payment of interest. The agent that sold you the location and the Store First product and of course the buy back.
But whilst BB allowed you to invest, you are correct in that someone at BB, which had to be an FCA compliance officer, must have signed Store First off.
But I guess you would have signed a disclaimer, which would have read, “the buyer must be aware”!
Clearly you are not the only investor in this predicament.
Does the pension fund trustee have a moral responsibility of course. But do they really drill down into the financial structure. You signed up for a two year return only, the rest is smoking mirrors of if’s and maybe’s.

On paper I guess Group First, must have a great balance sheet. But on paper if they did redeem all the buybacks, I would guess they would go bust.
BB might pay you back the fees you paid for I assume the SIPP they set up for you, but its Group First who have created the buying scenario and have thousands of investors, just like you.
The same might happen with their Park First project.

There is no answer and I assume the girl at the BBC will do an investigation, but even if the company went bust today, Toby with his personal car park of exotic cars, a helicopter and I believe Lister Car Company, wouldn’t be effected personally.

I am sorry I don’t have a solution for you, but you were out of order attacking me for no reason other than frustration!

Like I said if I can help I would, but unless your units are let and managed, I can only sympathies with your predicament.

    Kind regards
    ,

Email sent to me last week.

My name is Bill Perkins. I'm fat, ugly and smelly. And stupid. Even Georgina despises me. Hadley made a lot more £££ than me which keeps me awake at night.I hate Hadley for talking down to me (but then everyone despises me so you can understand my paranoya)

Thank You for you're response Alzie, I know that you have been robbed by a much, much larger sum of money than Me, and keep on hearing " Keep your Chin up " Must get on your nerves. Can I ask if any of the people i have mentioned at anytime in the Past ring a BELL, as the saying goes? And if you would agree to meet Face to Face and see if somehow , together, we Might find something that would help the Authorities Act and maybe go someway to getting some if not all of our money back. Failing that, Get the Bad People that are Responsible for all of this JAILED.
Wishing You a bit more GOOD LUCK in the future,
    Craig.
