An Insolvency Service report now reveals that there is no evidence that any independent due diligence took place at all.

How do we get to see a copy of the report mentioned in the article?

Was all fraud, there was no intention other than fraud

When is an Ifa not an Ifa, do they have to be fca reg. If that's the case quite a few fraudsters on that site.
