I think you should check to see if the authors actually exist in that journal, i have reverse image searched  this auther http://www.iexpats.com/author/jim-atkins/ . why not try it yourself .he is a photostock image and the other author is nowhere on the internet . it is a front for pension and overseas stuff by the looks of thing, is it you're site by any chance?

I think the authors do exist, one blog mentions passing contact info onto a cold calling outfit who dish injunctions out. But looks like a front.

its identity protect, same as qrops.net, and both hosted by godaddy, red flag straightaway. It just looks like a lead gen outfit.
