to vet an advisor or advisory ? they didn't do a good job vetting iexpat/qrop.net who appear to be affiliated members/lead generators of this lot .
They will be thanking us next for bringing it to their attention Seem to remember another scammer doing that, bringing it back to storefirst.

this does need to be brought back to store first because the pensions that have been invested in to their pods.  This whole thread was set up with Capita Oak in mind.  I am not a scammer I am asking why we are diverting attention from the actual problem to something which yes is a problem but is unrelated to this issue?
it will always come back to store first, why? because that's where all the funds were invested
start a new page if you want to complain about other organisations, my money is tied up in store first and it was stuart champman clarkes outfit who helped me with my so called investment

To some degree, you have a point. This is Capita Oak though if we had taken it to extremes in the past, then we wouldn't have tied up the issue of sycamore crown and JF with this so, to some degree there's a connection. The issue that's being pointed out is the fact that the woman is Spain has to be taken with a pinch of salt at all times and as long as everyone does that, then we should be happy to move on

    1. What does "discharge from bankruptcy” mean?

When a bankrupt receives his/her discharge from bankruptcy he/she is generally no longer bound by the restrictions placed upon him/her by the bankruptcy order - unless he/she is the subject of a Bankruptcy Restrictions Order or has given a Bankruptcy Restrictions Undertaking (see paragraph 11 for more information).

Discharge from bankruptcy releases the bankrupt from his/her debts (except, for example, any relating to fraud, fines and maintenance payments). The assets which were part of the estate during the period of the bankruptcy remain under the control of the trustee and could be sold - even after discharge (although for the conditions relating to the bankrupt’s residential property see Case Help Manual part: Family Home).
