- craig replies to ValueHello Value, I have been going back through these Posts to try and find a way to get my cash Back, I then came across this Post. In my case at the date of 27/nov/2014 , My 4 Pods were valued by S/First at £35,000, a profit in letters only of about £7.5 grande, despite a valuation of £15,000 by Carey's a few weeks prior? Obviously S/First are going to hike their prices, and i have no idea where Carey's Arrived at theirs. Despite all this up to and beyond 2015 i had earned zero in rental fees, only £3-4 thousand pounds in fees from Careys.
My pods had a short letting period in 2015 when my pods were rented out, but that was taken by S/First as ground rent. I am now at the end of 2016 and at the moment my pods are being let,(4 weeks). So there you have it in a nutshell. Every thing i have said is True, Apart that is , hundreds of phone calls, e-mails and meetings with specialists who deal with this sort of problem.
Anyway i hope this helps you in some way,
All i can do is wish you is Merry Christmas.
Regards,

"STM Group has a small but significant place in British history. Until August last year, the Gibraltar-based financial services firm, which helps wealthy expats manage their cash, was the only shareholder in Better for the Country Ltd, the lobby group that became known as Leave.EU.
Ownership then passed to Arron Banks, 50, the Ukip donor who gave £6m to the campaign to quit the European Union. Leave.EU was Nigel Farage’s mouthpiece in the run-up to the Brexit vote and the rest is painful or glorious history, depending on your allegiance.
However, STM’s 15 minutes of fame — or infamy — may not be over yet. The AIM-listed company is at the centre of a storm caused by the imminent winding up of Trafalgar Multi Asset Fund. It does not look good for savers and the collapse could mean they lose a large chunk of their retirement pots.
And what of Banks? He had been a substantial shareholder in STM but sold most of his shares last year. A spokesman said he was no longer an investor. Impeccable timing." - Trafalgar replies to Subcription only sitethere is a link for sure, everything goes back to the apartment in Manchester in the block owned by TW@

Cutler and Ross Limited, which was formerly known and traded as, Sussex Associates Limited, sold investments in a range products including wine, fancy coloured diamonds and working interests in oil wells. Although denied by the company, the investigation also showed that it sold investments in storage units and art.
The company sold alternative investments valued in excess of £3 million from which it received commissions of at least £1,384,662.
....Sadly, one investor was sold investments whilst suffering from dementia.- Caller: Scammers
