- Jowinn replies to Is| 2 repliesBlocked me on twitte when I asked him about capita oak
- His replies to JowinnCompany Angels Alternatives were based at Groupfirst house, they've since reregistered away and applied for Vol Dissolution . That's been suspended by a creditor.
- Ask replies to JowinnHis mate if you can connect, and ask why his LinkedIn account re Angels was deleted. They were flogging Storefirst along with Harlequin and other dodgy investments. He was an Ifa also.
https://mobile.twitter.com/genoeccles?lang=en - Not Avacade| 1 replyNick Bradley described himself on his LinkedIn profile as "Associate Partner at Group First Global Ltd" which I think means "sales agent of". Eccles was known as a singer under the name "Papa G".
They are both directors of a dormant company registered in Scotland called Genick Management Ltd. It uses an accommodation address in Edinburgh. It's original registered office address was an IFA in Motherwell Called Westwood Trustees Ltd (John Chiesa). It is no longer registered (probably for this reason: http://citywire.co.uk/new-model-adviser/news/ ... p-sales/a548869 ) - Dealing replies to Not Avacadewith direct sales for Groupfirst as they don't have a sales team. Doing this for 5 years despite only incorporated 2 years ago, guess he's including time at Angel Alternative.
http://www.nbdsconsultancy.co.uk/about-us.php - craig| 4 repliesWell well, just as i thought, we are pleased to tell you that your pods have been rented out. But as your account is in arrears for Ground rent, just the same as last year, we will be keeping the money. oh you are also still in arrears with your ground rent by about £250. Happy New Year.
- Thats replies to craig| 3 repliesWhy there was a bidding war on the ground rent business and they kept it in house, it's a liability for any investor. If you don't pay you will lose what value you have in the pod.
- bidding war? replies to Thats| 2 repliescompletely fabricated! which organisations would bid millions on a ground rent collections? no proof, no details of open competition and who would want to do business with such a shady organisation
- Its replies to bidding war?The latest legal scam increasing ground rents, I'm sure Toby has it covered.
- They replies to bidding war? We're bidding for the freehold business which collects the ground rent from the lease holders like Craig above. Institutions do buy these and if the lease holder doesn't pay under certain circumstances the freeholder will take it back. It's a low return but guaranteed.
- Steve1862| 2 repliesHi, I've come here looking for some advice as tried trawling the internet and can't find a solution.
My story, i imagine, is similar to many here:
- i had a pension with standard life and was cold called by JP sterling
- JP sterling introduced me to Capita Oak, who recommended i invest £50,000 into store first (taken out of my pension with standard life)
- i was promised 8% returns in first to years then 10-12%
- i have seen nothing in the way of returns.
I want to pursue a claim but i am unsure who i can submit a claim against and if it is even possible? I've tried reading some helpful material from Angela Brooks online but can't find anything concrete.
Do i have a claim against:
-store first?
- Capita Oak/Imperial Trustees?
-TKE Admin?
- Metis Law?
- Transeuro?
Thanks for any help and advice you guys can offer! - My Advice replies to Steve1862Stay away from Angela Brooks!
