JP Sterling suggests your plan (Steve1862) is not a SIPP.  Capita Oak is an employer sponsored occupational scheme..SF and Transeuro maybe though the latter will be even more difficult than the former and that's going to be very difficult

Thanks for your advice. But how do i even begin to pursue the claim? Is there any past evidence of people pursuing a claim against Store First and winning? It was an occupational pension scheme yes!

Insolvency service really do not have any power so I would advise you to contact the pensions regulator and seek or even demand their help

He also did a runner in a similar fashion when he was all lined up to take over a football team in administration during the spring / summer of 2012  - despite being the preferred bidder and having a CVA nodded through by creditors. I believe he told the administrator a [***] and bull story his wife had suffered a stroke and he couldn't complete.

Another person ended up taking on the same CVA and the football club instead of him, an IFA from the East Midlands I believe who manages alternative investment funds for building hotels and student accomodation. However I hear one or two rumours that this person is a front man while Ryder is a somewhat silent partner, pulling strings behind the scenes.
