Explanation of CPC's parting with Angela Brooks -

On June 11th 2014 our Managing Director, Lawyer, QC & a BBC journalist were waiting for Mrs Brooks. She was due to be interviewed in relation to Ark.

We received an email from Mrs Brooks expressing her dissatisfaction at an email that had been sent by a junior member of staff to the Ark clients. It was agreed formally that the email was inaccurate and had been send out without either Mrs Crozier or Mrs Brooks' knowledge or approval.

In view of the effect that the inaccuracies in that email could have had on the case and the fact that Mrs Brooks stated she was not actually in a position to pay the initial fees for the preparation of the litigation funding, CPC Worldwide returned documents to the Ark clients and refunded fees in full upon deciding to relinquish the opportunity to work with Mrs Brooks.

We hope that this clears up any queries in relation to Ark.

This was an explanation of why we ceased to work with Angela Brooks, added to the fact that she was aware of the theft of Ark victim details.

To clarify,

Tracy Clothier never asked for her cheque back. We sent it back to her after receiving a phone call from her late at night abusing our team and using disgusting language. We therefore did not wish to act on her behalf.

I have been awaiting the return of mine and my partners fees that are still due to date , have not been repaid despite several email to you CPC  , several telephone calls to CPC  , the sum outstanding to my partner and myself is £400 and has still not been repaid ... So kindly please return the money ..

8th of July was the last e mail i had from the CEO Nicky Crozier who said that they were processing the accounts to deal with the refund nothing still ........

Cat out the bag there Angie! Unfortunately for all those of you who went into this supposed scam, the only people who are actively wanting to help you are those that want to bleed you dry...

Are you certain that you have not been refunded your money? For clarity, it should be £240, not £400.
