My employer, ie, somebody who employs people, has applied twice for a transfer value of my pension and received NOTHING. Would that not give you cause for concern? You are on here now purely because you are concerned for yourself only. And this is not the first time you have been on this forum. It is simple, find the money and return it to whom it belongs. Do the right thing for once in your life please!

I think you will find Mr Payne, that the Insolvency service is investigating you as a joint venture between the Pension Regulator and HMRC. This is as a result of many members complaining to both organisations in the year / months that you and the administration of Capita Oak went missing

Why not come clean then and put all the facts in front of us I gave been requesting transfer values etc as stated in the original documents for the last year and and no response other than around March this year all my details are current yet no one as responded
Please feel free to contact me or reply on here if nothing is wrong why am I being prevented from transferring

Fact : the first police force to be approached in regard to this matter was early 2014 when a gentleman went into your Imperial offices at 78 Beckenham Rd asking where his pension was..he spoke in person with Sarah Duffell who deflected any questions away from you and to everyone north of Birmingham. He then walked into the Kent constabulary. ..the one you have just apparently been too. Someone beat you too it 6 months ago.

Everyone on this blog knows who is involved, which companies are those at best under suspicion, who the directors of these companies are and personal details and apparent links. I find it extremely difficult to comprehend how you as the 100% shareholder would not know that a sole director of the company has resigned. In addition, why would all those who have been under suspicion be aware of this wonderful blog...for many the only thing that has kept people positive...and not you...?
Please, out of courtesy, reply to those who have emailed you, help Metis Law and eat humble pie, settle your differences and most of all sort this mess out. THANKS

I think it is worth pointing out that one has a legal right to a pension transfer if within a year of retirement.

Your scheme should provide you with a statement of your transfer value within three months of the date you requested it from a DC scheme ( ie not a final salary scheme ).

If the correct documentation for a transfer is completed and sent to the pension trustees, they must action this within 6 months.

So, another failing to add to the list of the miserable failings of the trustees of the scheme, by all accounts.

It really is very simple.  He needs to pay back the 450k plus provide all the docs.  Those are his legal, statutory obligations. Then we can talk about the rest, like his liabilities for losses and tax liabilities arising from the liberation fraud.  Then the members can make up their own minds.  But right now opinions are irrelevant, he has a legal duty and obligation.  He is responsible.  Lets see if he steps up to the mark.  He has ignored me for three weeks, and now all of a sudden is on here bleating about his interests.  Once he realises they are irrelevant, hopefully he will wake up to the fact that he is responsible for the interests of 300 innocent Capita Oak members.  Simples.

Exactly where I found the details, in the public domain, this info was provided by Mr Payne to gain the ability to defraud. You cannot have it both ways, you got your vehicle for fraud and we in turn have PUBLIC records?
