Just did a director search "Atlas Pension Scheme" !!! God these people make me sick if that doesn't scream shadow director then I don't know what does.  I'm sure we'll all keep a close eye on this one. We must get the word out there so there isn't another capita oak !!! I'm writing to the news papers today if anyone wants to join in

Funny thing that - he is quite happy to hang out all those other suckers/directors like Payne, Duffel, Dunlop - but now he is happy to hang his own 22 year old daughter out to dry?  Perhaps someone involved in the creation of Atlas would like to tell us how this one works so we can warn people before they get hurt this time.  And if Georgina has any good friends, perhaps they could warn her about her own father.

Just found this forum. It seems that you are happy  to make all sorts of accusations without the facts, and I stress you are making incorrect assumptions. Even when you are provided with correcting information, you choose to ignore it, and conjure up a new false claim.
You demand production of records from me, however be advised that I have made an appointment with the Investigation Unit of the Insolvency Service, and they will have my files.
I am also preparing a file to forward to the CPS containing slanderous and libelous comments made throughout this 'Forum'.
Also be advised that I have involved Kent Police with regard to personal information being published, and I would think they may well be monitoring this site by now.
I have also emailed 'FJP Investments Ltd' to notify them that you are posting incorrect information regarding them. I am sure she will be as surprised as I was to discover that she is/was my wife. I have no doubt you will be hearing from her (Or her lawyers)
What you conveniently fail to understand is that the only reason I was appointed as a director on 1st October was because Sean Hughes of BBC informed me that the director had resigned, leaving no director. I did not want to become a director, however did so to expediate the appointment of accountants and lawyers to investigate what had happened, and to, for want of a better expression, follow the money.
I have no doubt that you will attempt to discredit this message with further wild and inaccurate accusations, because you do not seem to be interested in facts. I have done nothing wrong, and have nothing to hide. I strongly urge you and all who read this site to refrain from unsubstantiated claims, and be sure of your information prior to posting on a public site. As mentioned, the police have been made aware of this site.

A scam is were your money has been lost or stolen. It appears quite clearly that your monies have actually been invested and and not stolen. From what has been posted on here and other areas of information, it also appears your funds are actually invested and you all must have known at the point you chose to transfer your pensions that you knew exactly were your funds are going to be invested. From what I can see the issue lies within the way in which the pension scheme has and is being administered.

The Ark fiasco appears to be a combination of liberation and supposed mishandling of funds. Capita Oak appears not to be the same and yet both are being treated the same...

Anyone on this site who feels that it is ok to give out people's personal addresses on a public forum and incite them to utilise it as they wish should be prepared for any ramifications that come from that.
This is a form of harrassment which the police take very seriously these days.  
It is neither productive or professional in any shape or form and I for would would consider my actions on this forum very carefully.

Payne's address is available in the public domain on the Companies House website.

It does not however give you the right to publish this on a public forum, if people wanted this information then they go through the proper channels.  Not only that it is what it says a 'HOME' address not a business address which breaches privacy laws.  
It appears it is in the hands of the police now so they will deal with it in the proper manner unlike some people on this site

Yes but very much different to advertising this sensitive information on an open forum. For someone who is supposedly acting as a professional litigator for groups of clients, I am actually astounded in the way you are discrediting individuals and companies on this form.

No professional individual or company would use a forum such as this to voice such onions/comments and regardless of what you know or think you know, the comments and accusations you have made on here will most certainly have a negative impact upon the outcome.

There is a professional way to deal with this and there are regulators to help individuals. Remember no court of law or regulatory body has found anyone guilty yet. Innocent until proven otherwise...

Yes, the Capita Oak investments appear invested ,although completely illiquid and against rules of Regulator. And yes it is also the case that this fund has been scandalously mal administered. Once the transfers had taken place and £440 000  fees had been taken by Mr Paynes company TKE administration, they all took off and became un contactable. This has been for the best part of a year. It has only been in the past couple of months through the efforts of the Capita Oak members and with the help of Ms Brookes that we have been able to locate these individuals.

Mr Payne- I have had no reply to the email I sent you asking you to work with us and Ms Brooks. I certainly bear you no ill will and I plead with others on this forum (many of whom are not Capita Oak members) not to engage in personal attacks. We have to be better than that. But you have to bare enormous  responsibility for the way that Capita Oak members have been left in the lurch for over a year, leaving huge questions about their financial future

Well, they better speak to the BBC who seem to be of the opinion that a " Huge amount of money'' was not paid to the owners of the storage units, assuming the pension members own the units, but to a company in Gibraltar.

The BBC states that 2 million pounds plus a "hefty commission'' was paid out to an "allegedly'' elusive company.

Nobody is happy and nobody is making incorrect assumptions.  The facts are the facts as borne out by hard evidence.  You have provided no correcting information – or indeed any information - whatsoever and have failed to respond to any of my requests to engage.  There are no false claims by me or anybody else.  You have an absolute legal obligation to produce all records and if you give copies of anything to the Insolvency Service you must make sure you keep extra copies so that these can be disclosed immediately to me.  Nobody has made any slanderous or libelous comments about anybody and I think it is profoundly disappointing that the first time you make an appearance on this forum you talk about your own interests and not those of the 300 Capita Oak members.  I shall be more than happy to talk to the Kent Police as I am already in touch with the Essex and Merseyside Police about your activities.   I shall also be more than happy to talk to FJP.
You were not appointed as a director on 1st October – you appointed yourself.  The previous director resigned in August 2014 and it was your responsibility to ensure that at no point did the company that you set up for the purposes of being a pension trustee fail to have a serving director.  I am perfectly well aware of your reluctance to become a director for the second time as you made this clear to your “masters” Perkins and Fowler.  However, you did not appoint either accountants or lawyers and seem to have done nothing whatsoever to help move matters forward except conduct yourself in an obstructive and unhelpful manner.
I have no wish to discredit your message, and in fact I feel it is a terrible shame that your first appearance on this forum appears so obsessed with your own interests without a shred of concern for the interests of the Capita Oak members.  I am interested in facts, and that is why I have asked you to produce all the documentation plus an explanation as to why your company TKE Admin was paid 441k out of the Capita Oak funds, plus an extra 10k “compensation” for loss of business.
You have done a great many things wrong – including failing in your legal duties and obligations as a pension trustee as laid down clearly in trust law, as well as engaging in pension liberation fraud.  And now you are going to be called to account.  I hope I may count on your full cooperation from now on.
