Brian you need to just name names who is giving you instruction ..don't just say Imperial or Metis Law because that only increases the fear of everyone.Who are you receiving instruction from?
Just name them and make it all transparent.
When you do that the accusations will stop, while you look like you are protecting someone the people on here aren't going to trust you.

There are so many people posting on here under false names or silly titles..ALL WE WANT IS OUR MONEY...For myself I can't speak for others.. I'm in total agreement with Den all I want us my pension returned and that justice is served to all involved. If Mr. DOWNS has known about imperial and capita then it is taking him some time to decide his loyalties which can be construed as leaning towards the perpetrators and not in the vested interests of the members. Although this is a reply to Strings it is a reply to every person who does not believe me. 1 Until 1st October 2014 I had never heard of Imperial/Capita Oak or had any dealings with them. 2 As from October 1st I was instructed by Chris Payne until he resigned then by Roger Chant as the new director. 3 In order to clarify certain matters concerning the investment I contacted Metis Law and Store First but the only info I could obtain from Store First was that they had not paid any returns to anyone. Chris Payne then advised me to contact Alan Fowler who advised on the legal aspects of setting up the scheme. I have only spoken to Alan Fowler about the legalities of the scheme. Finally the other person that I have spoken to is Bill Perkins and that is concerning the admin of the scheme you know the entire story of my involvement

I require you to confirm the following deposits into the Imperial current account 03841928.  I have copied all Capita Oak members into this email.  You are hindering my investigations and acting against the interests of the members by refusing to provide copies of the bank statements.  This matter is now in the hands of the police and your obstruction is holding up essential information about the whereabouts of a missing 1.22 million from Capita Oak.

Yours response by return would be appreciated.

Response. First of all, you have no authority to demand anything regarding Imperial, but I will tell you that if you look properly, you can answer your own questions with regard to the missing funds. Again, if you look properly as I did for an hour, you will see direct sums coming in totaling almost I/2 million. The remainder are probably amounts paid by cheques and then paid in. You really must stop this at once. Your response would also be appreciated.

We are a band of members who are incredibly resourceful having spent time the forces we have a wealth of skills from intelligence to reconnaissance all of which are being used.

We are sharing everything found with the right people from new offices ,new ventures phone conversations and other communications.  

To the other members that just want their money back we are taking this course of action to assist you and ourselves in achieving this mission.

Unfortunately these people involved are not the only ones to blame though a lot of it is down to IMPERIAL because they should never of made the investment.

I am finding it increasingly difficult to distinguish the bad guys from the good guys.  So many parties are hiding behind "confidentiality" and privilege.  It really isn't that hard.  Did the 16% get paid to Transeuro or didn't it?  Where is the missing 1.22 million?  Who instructed Metis Law to invest 100% of the funds in Store First?  Who agreed the 30% introduction between Store First and Transeuro?  Who was behind Transeuro and Thurlstone?  These are simple questions and all this should have been sorted out in 5 minutes flat.  Problem is that all the professionals are refusing to be transparent.  The first of one them to come out and tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth will be the hero of the hour.  But until then they are all looking guilty.

AS THIS IS A PUBLIC SITE I WILL GLADLY ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS   1 THE 16% as you call it , toby whittaker has now denied that it was paid to transeuro  but has also refused to say if it has been paid to anyone but ican assure you that it has never been paid to imperial  2 the only person who was authorised  to sign the contract with store first was the director at the time  3 i honestly do not know the answer to this one  or even if the transaction took place   4 again sorry i have my theories on this  but with respect miss brooks  i would have known the answer to this point yourself . please let me know if this satisfies  you
