Why would we want to pay £5 to read about him? If Store First received the rent money then they should be passing on to investors.

Toby Whittaker's lawyer stated that the 8% guaranteed rent was paid to the organisers of Capita Oak i.e. ITSL i.e. Transeuro i.e. both the same = Transeuro. But Transeuro was apparently a tenant of TW so they know where the money went. The problem with silence is that it helps nobody and hinders/prejudices everybody.  But it will get uncovered and the guilty parties will face justice - not IF but WHEN.

Yet the R4 and BBC programmes suggested it never left Storefirst...Interesting chat with Mr Downs this afternoon. ..i am clarifying and checking on  a few things but I think the lull around the end of the year will soon be over and things....hopefully positive ..will move forward again..

The BBC programme and transcript were clear: the 2 years' 8% rent was paid to Transeuro who were tenants of Toby Whittaker's.  Let  me know if you want me to send you a copy of the programme and transcript.  There was no confusion.  If Downs is saying there was then he is mistaken.

I think there's a chance Transeuro were more than just tenants of TW. It's all too much of a coincidence

We know who Transeuro are.  We just need to prove it.  It won't be long.

BBC Radio 4 Transcript: "In the sales and marketing agreement between Store First and Transeuro Worldwide, every time someone invested in Store First via the Liverpool companies, a commission was paid to Transeuro.  It amounted to 30% of the value of the investment.  We estimate about 100 million pounds of pension investment money has gone through the Liverpool sales companies into Store First and at 30% commission, that means about 30 million pounds has gone into Transeuro.  The commission for sales is different from the return on peoples’ investment, so it appears that both amounts of money went into Transeuro.  Lawyers for the pension schemes have told us that the trustees did not authorise the investment return to be paid to Transeuro and Toby Whittaker won’t tell us who told him to do it.  I rang the Liverpool lawyers representing Transeuro yesterday, and they told me they would check with their client and ring me back.  And they haven’t.  

But in an extraordinary twist, about 600 thousand pounds of Henley Pension Fund money is tangled up with a firm of accountants in Lord Street in Southport called Advantage Accounts.  This firm has collapsed.  The owner has disappeared, but it is not just Henley tangled up in Advantage Accountants.  We now know Store First is; Transeuro is; and a mysterious company called Thurlstone which made payments to Capita Oak pensioners is also connected.  There is a substantial investigation going on at the moment to find out what happened and where the Henley money has gone.

Even the scammers cover themselves from Storefirst when selling this investment.

I recon this is the language you understand and I'm sure if we were from the type of background your clients were from you would do what we bloody say now

I have already done my version of the accounts which is a combination of the records from Metis Law, Imperial and Bill Perkins.  But they are not perfect because I am missing some of the bank statements which Downs would not hand over so they are "qualified".  But they do show pretty much the true position, including the missing 1.22 million in transfers which did not go through Metis Law.  There are, however, a few hundred thousand pounds' worth of anomalous transactions to third parties including "commissions" plus 170k of surplus cash (31k of which Metis Law is sitting on) and the mysterious 100k payment to Thurlstone which needs explaining.
