angiebrooks99@gmail.com - lol| 10 repliesIt is so funny watching AngiAngie and her fake names all have conversations together.
She wants to be the big shot when all she is doing is messing it up.
She is comical. - Angie replies to lol| 8 repliesI don't think anyone is laughing Mr. Downs.
- Ank replies to lolSeems the only one laughable is you!!
- Guest replies to Angie| 1 replyAngie, how do you have a copy of the accounts if you are waiting for them from Downs!!!!! All very confusing if you ask me
- BRIAN DOWNS replies to Angie| 7 repliesI can assure you I have only ever used my own name on this site so you had better accuse someone else of posting under the name lol.
- Angie replies to GuestI have done a complete, qualified set of accounts but am missing a few of the bank statements so can't do a full bank reconciliation. Downs says he has all the bank statements but is refusing to disclose them. I was waiting for Downs to publish his version of the accounts so that we could see how the missing funds and transfers are treated - also there should be 176k in cash (but we know Metis Law are sitting on 31k of that) plus large amounts of other unexplained transfers to third parties, plus the 100k paid to Thurlstone. It is not a pretty picture and there is still not a word from Chant who is supposed to be the director but obviously the shadow directors are instructing him to keep quiet since he has not responded to a single email from the members. Metis Law are also sitting on the information required to confirm that the Store First assets were purchased in the name of Capita Oak (although I suspect they were purchased in the name of ITSL) and all the fraudsters have agreed it is simply too dangerous to publish their version of the accounts because it would incriminate them and reveal who is behind Thurlstone and Transeuro. Downs doesn't seem to understand that his firm was named in the Ombudsman's determination and his failure to produce the accounts on behalf of ITSL is very damning professionally.
- Angie replies to BRIAN DOWNS| 2 repliesThere are ups and there are downs, and there are clowns like you now back to the circus nelly.
- Angie replies to Angie| 1 replyThe last post was not me but somebody posting as Angie. Much as it did make me smile, I really would appreciate it if we could keep this forum serious. I know it is sometimes a relief to find some semblance of humour when dealing with the despair of the Capita Oak victims and the depressingly sordid greed and callousness of the fraudsters, but many of the victims are worried sick. Now that we have established that neither Chant nor Downs was ever going to provide a proper set of accounts for the scheme or segregated accounts for the members, we need to move on purposefully without any further flippant distractions. If Downs' contribution were to be examined realistically, we would see that he has caused a frustrating delay, but at least now it is clear that ITSL was the original cause of the problem and there is no intention to ever put it right - by Payne, Chant or Downs (or the shadow directors).
- Angie replies to AngieThat was a party political broadcast from the ANGIES PARTY of long lost souls, what a DOWNER.
- FFS| 1 replyWhy can't all the so-called professionals (lawyers, accountants etc etc) just pick up the phone, talk to each other and issue a set of accounts? There are millions of pounds of peoples pension money, money they need for retirement, at stake here. It is not a matter of one upmanship. This whole saga has been an embarassment to the respective professions, the regulatory regime and HMRC for allowing the damned scheme to exist in the first place.
- Karen replies to FFSBecause there is no money it has gone.
- Angie replies to BRIAN DOWNS| 3 repliesOn 21st October 2014 Downs assured the members that he was fully investigating the Capita Oak fraud and that "no stone would be left unturned". Stone Circle perhaps?
- Angie replies to Angie| 2 repliesThis could be called DOWNS SYNDROME
- Angie replies to Angie| 1 replyWhoever keeps posting as me should remember there are different categories of people posting on here: victims, fraudsters, those who are trying to help the victims and those who are trying to hinder those who are trying to help. Whatever your agenda is, please remember there are people who are having sleepless nights worrying about what the fraudsters have done to them. Don't contribute to the victims' distress - if you have something valuable to contribute then disclose your identity and come out and say it properly like a man. If all you want to do is cause mischief, then please go and do it somewhere else. The victims have been through enough. They don't need jokers on here.
- Angie replies to AngieDear Auntie Angie thank you for your kind words, please let me know when your words of wisdom finish so I can go and have a dump. Second thoughts don't it might help me have a dump.
- An IFA with clients affected| 22 repliesWould it be too much to ask the teenagers that made some the previous comments to grow up?
Can we get this back on track for the benefit of the members? Did anyone find out what happened to the 8% rental for the first two years, there appear to be conflicting reports on this matter? Remember, it was the inducement of the 8% returns that convinced people to transfer in the first place, if we leave the unauthorised 5% payments to one side for now. Are we dealing with theft or is the rent recoverable? - Angie replies to An IFA with clients affected| 21 replies
- An IFA with clients.... replies to Angie| 20 repliesMr H is a well-respected journalist and has uncovered and investigated a number of financial scams in the past.
Let's look at what that page says, it says ''When an investor purchases a storage unit from Store First Limited he is offered a lease-back which guarantees him a rental return of 8% per annum for each of the first two years."
That means that the party that owns the storage units gets the rent as this is guaranteed. If this firm did not pay the rent to the storage owners, then that statement is a lie.
Are the units debt free as stated? Not if the rent is unpaid to the members!
