All this messing about is not helping the Capita Oak members.  We have to remember this is a serious business, not something to make flippant jokes about.  I have set up a Facebook page for serious posters - not to replace this forum but to provide an alternative source where serious people can exchange information and views about Capita Oak and Westminster.  When this forum works it works well, but when the scammers interfere by pretending to be the serious posters it does nobody any good.  I would also invite Mr. Downs to participate.  He and I may have our differences, but who knows, he may surprise us yet?  Stranger things have happened.

Yes Den there are some bored people around, but not saddos.
A lot of people expose these scammers  on Wcm be it Wine, Diamonds, Carbon credits, Rate reductions, Land banking, Pension
When people do a google search or a little duedil before investing their money sites like this pop up, and hopefully they will do a further search.
If people do have info don't tease just publish, you could help prevent somebody else becoming a victim.

Having said you will publish the information next week I hope you will deliver. The Capita Oak victims have already been messed around enough by Downs and ITSL with their broken promises about accounts. If Downs/ITSL had not refused to cooperate with Robert Stell, a proper professional accountant (without a portfolio of scammers as clients) we would by now have a clear independent set of accounts and an independent audit as required by law including segregated accounts for the members. And we would also have obtained the necessary evidence to ensure the fraudsters are convicted.
