TW and the crew need to be out away for a few years and banned from ever becoming directors again. All they have done these past few years is make innocent people's lives misery, conning them of their life savings and now on this case their pensions. It's a shame that they can get away with fraud on such a high scale in this country.  They should be made to feel insecure and uncertain of their futures the way they have made so many people feel.

To be fair to Toby Whittaker/Store First (and play "devil's advocate) if Fowler, Perkins and Ward had ensured that the guaranteed 8% rent for two years was paid to Capita Oak, that the buy-back clause had been made contractually robust (for the same price as paid) and had invested the 13m fund prudently by spreading it amongst other assets and maintained liquidity, it wouldn't have been a bad investment for a MINOR part of the scheme with other lower-risk assets.  The problem has been that the fraudsters stole the 1.6 million guaranteed rent and put 100% of the fund into Store First, without maintaining liquidity - so nobody could retire, transfer out or die and no benefits could be paid out of the scheme.  It is clear that the whole Capita Oak scheme was set up to milk fees and commissions as well as steal the rent - not operate a proper occupational pension scheme for the benefit of the members.

It is clear that the idea of providing an income in retirement was never the goal of this scheme. As you state, it was purely a way for a group of unpleasant people to get together and get their hands on peoples retirement funds and it was also a mechanism to fund someones business project.
None of the people behind this have made any attempt to communicate with the members who are facing ruin in retirement if this is not sorted out. Rest assured, these people will do anything to make sure their retirement is secure.
I have no idea if 1.2 mill is missing or not, it is a waste of time speculating as there are no accounts to prove it one way or another.

Strings and his fellow Capita Oak victims are not the only ones working behind the scenes with invaluable research.  We too have been doing our own digging and have come up with some important information. We are looking at who is behind Transeuro Worldwide Holdings Limited and who diverted the 1.6 million guaranteed two-years rent paid out by Toby Whittaker of Store First.  Many people will not be surprised who we have come up with.  We are just checking out the final details for reporting to the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau and then we will publish it on here soon.

Think we are all looking forward to it. But I am pretty sure Downs knows by now since he is instructed by the fraudsters and Store First's solicitor confirmed the 1.6 million was paid to Trans euro on the instructions of the people running the scheme. That's why Downs can't publish the accounts since he would have to show the missing 1.6m and declare who it was paid to and why and when/how it is going to get paid back to the scheme.  Naturally the fraudsters don't want that.

Our enquiries have thrown up a few names over the past few weeks but there is one consistently associated with Transeuro: James Hadley.  Capita Oak was his scheme!
We have discovered that it was he that appointed Maria Orolfo as the nominee director in Dubai to keep Imperial Trustees going to assure the continuation of income from Store First.  Some of the staff at Store First have been most helpful - although Toby Whittaker is saying nothing and avoiding contact with anyone that wants answers.
We believe that Angie Brooks has been in contact with Mr Hadley and, for the sake of transparency, would like her and Mr Hadley to comment on here, I am sure both of them would want to ensure the members know exactly who stole the 1.6 million.  Mr. Hadley's associate was Jason Holmes.  Mr. Perkins, Mr. Fowler and Mr. Downs all know about Hadley and we are sure that this is one of the reasons they won't release the accounts.  There would have been a "profit share" arrangement between all the partied involved in this.

No different to the Capita Oak fraudsters in reality.  Will be the same outcome.

The first part of your posting is great, but then you go downhill from there. If you are a member, then either go on as yourself or e-mail me or phone me and I can give you further info that will further enlighten you. A great shame that your final three sentences are incorrect, and please remember I only arrived on the scene in October 2014. So how on earth can I have been involved when the final transaction was in September 2013, 13 months earlier? So please contact me because it does appear that you are making progress.
