I wouldn't assume being FCA registered means they are not involved.  Stephen Ward was doing a pension loan scam with an FCA registered IFA called Angela South of Expat Pensions and two FCA regulated SIPP providers James Hay and Suffolk Life.  (Perkins of Active Pensions was also involved).  You can't regulate for ethics.  Gallium can provide FCA regulation for "introducer" type promotional outfits:

"Regulatory Hosting Services.  This service is appropriate for clients that are working on the creation or promotion of investment schemes, but either do not wish to become FCA regulated, or are seeking a more limited FCA authorisation, e.g. investment advisory permissions. Now it all fits together.  Paul Chant is doing time for drug trafficking along with some really heavy drug dealers.  His father Roger Chant is the current director of Imperial Trustee Services.  Jason Holmes was the main promoter of Capita Oak and the Thurlstone "loans".  Good work.  Of course Blue Perl (worse spelling than Downs!) has no website.  And neither does Blue Water which is an agent of Gallium and was flogging Ward's Ark liberation fraud.  Fraudsters will be watching this and saying "bother" now they had to abandon their Atlas plans.  Will be speaking to Gallium on Monday.  Meanwhile, I think Mr. Downs has some explaining to do.  I asked him to call me but he refused on the grounds that I have caused him too many problems.  Believe me, his problems have only just started.

Can I suggest we see what was sent to all the members last night. As I understand it from Brian and Bill P,the covering letter says what was paid where,when and at what percentage  (3%...2% etc..)along with the spreadsheets showing the inflows and outflows...The lines of communication  are not only open between  myself and Brian now but Bill too and I am sure this is a postive step...
Someone said a while back that someone needs  to tell us what's gone on...I think that's starting to happen...I believe that information will be passed to Bark by Metis regarding the pod purchases (land registry forms etc
.)in order to get to the bottom of the valuations ..though that needs the cooperation of SF....maybe,just maybe we are getting somewhere...

And you are what, regarding ISTL/Capita Oaks? The members cannot instruct valuers or instruct an independent accountant and you, with no apparent legal capacity in this matter, can instruct Downs.
Can you enlighten us as to exactly what answers have been given over the last few weeks?

Me fowler could you clarify your position then please?as I understand it Mr Chant is a director and not yourself.it as taken over 2 years to get to this position I hope you can understand mine and the other members frustration. Had we had transparacy honesty and communication, we wouldn't be in this position,if you have been party to this from the outset,the least you could do is come on here and apologise,for the stress and worry caused to capita members

I do not believe that is Alan fowler simply because I do not and have not taken instructions from him at any time.so we continue in a cloud!
