This forum has turned into an idiots day out. Some of you should be totally embarrassed by yourselfs. Very very sad to be honest, when some people are trying to get this sorted.

If fact this forum is now a total waste of time as no one knows if they are comiong or going.

Which parties? I think all trust has evaporated a long time ago.  Who chose the valuers?  How independent will they be? Can the members choose the valuer? I doubt it.

I doubt the latter point re choice of valuer..
If my memory serves me correct Sanderson Weatherall was mentioned before though this was at a time when Metis were in play. .though they would seem VERY independent. .then again you'd have to get SF to allow it either way...

I doubt StoreFirst would allow any independant valuations.....

Don't see how they can avoid it.  Capita Oak is the legal owner of the pods and is entitled to instruct independent valuations on the instruction of the board of trustees (although the fraudsters and Metis Law registered all the Store First property in the name of ITSL and not Capita Oak).  This is worth a look: http://theponzibook.blogspot.cz/2014/11/novem ... ml#comment-form to give the victims the assurance that jail sentences are highly likely.

We have now gathered info on Mr Chapman-Clarke and Mr Hadley both of which seem to be living a very good life style and are still actively working.

These two and there associates seem to have benifited massively due to the cars they drive and the houses they live in.

We now have photographic evidence on them which we are in the process of handing over to the right people.

We will be able to publish the current addresses of there companies and names of their new ventures. They seem to be still massively involved with SF under the vail of other companies.

We would like to remind you as before that these addresses must be used responsibly.

ML DEFINITELY being approached to provide relevant into order to get the valuations/ which pods etc...
Capita Oak, as I see it, cant hold the pods because its not a company as such so has to be ITSL (trustees of the scheme)

ITSL is not the trustee.  The original, invalid and forged "trust deed" appointed ITSL as administrator - not trustee (having the name "Trustee" in a company's registered name does not mean it is a trustee).  The trust deed document appears to have been signed by Alan Fowler and Karen Burton, but her signature looks like it was forged by Anthony Salih of Premier Pension Transfers (not Karen Burton's signature but identical to Salih's handwriting).  Also, neither of the signatures had a name underneath, nor a date, nor a witness - therefore the document was invalid.
