Second call from Falcon & Pointer. Recorded message - press 5 for further information press 9 to be removed. Obviously pressing 9 doesn't work as I did this last time!

Called today.  Nobody there, just background chatter until they hung up.

If enough people complain, the ICO can investigate/fine/shut them down.

Call persistently - someone needs to stop them!!

me too - everyday for the last week. I've reported them to ICP as well. The TPS service isn't blocking them and you can't complain about them to TPS unless you actually speak to someone during the call which is pants.

I've also just googled them and their site is unclickable and their contact forms don't work. So I've written to the claims regulator run by the government and reported them as their site forces you to ring them and they are not abiding by the TPS regulations. If you look at their site it is specifically built using flash which means that none of their site is clickable unless you want to make a claim!  They claim to be regualated by every Tom dick and harry so lets see what happens!

I am like everyone here and 99% of the population sick and tired of this type of call.
I am particularly exasperated by the inaction of the telephone service providers and government in this matter.
It is long overdue that someone in authority took these issues more seriously.
I have reported this number and other numbers used by this company to the ICO of course.

Yet another unsolicited call from Monmouth.   Checked on line.   Many others a suffering this invasive nuisance.   Have they nothing better to do in Monmouth?

Just answered a call from this number.

They don't even have the courtesy of ringing in person to bother you, as I could immediately clearly hear that the call was a pre-recorded message.

However, even on a pre-recorded (..& obviously unsolicited..) call, the company name was still unintelligible!  I got as far as hearing the words "mis-sold" & put the phone down.

Much like SO MANY people these days, I am registered with the Telephone Preference Service (..which at first was completely successful in stopping this kind of nuisance -& I am grateful for that!)..  I only wish that whatever loophole must now have been found that is allowing these kinds of calls to pick up where they left off before TPS is soon closed!!!!

A cold-calling falcon and pointer recorded message.

Keep getting calls from this number - first one was a recorded message so now blocked.

Have had several calls recently left on my answerphone from this number, I reported it last week to the ICO, (I am ex directory and registered with the TPS) yet today it called again and tried to persuade me to contact "enquiries@Falcon&Pointer.com" to pursue my claim.  Do the ICO do anything?

Called today with a message from Falcon & Pointer so I phoned them back later and asked why they were calling. They said they get an opt in list from Clarity Leads who I see are on here elsewhere.

Had another call from this lot today. A recorded message about 'miss sold bank accounts' or some such nonsense!

Had numerous calls left on answer phone from this number. Every time I come in there is the end of a message left, so don't know what they purport to be selling.  Two today.  Who are they?  How to stop them.

Another call from these IDIOTS. Reported again to ICO, the more reports the better for them to take action.
