Call blockers can now be gotten around by prefixing  3 digital numbers even truecall. Best to get caller I.d and dont answer unrecognisable  numbers. If nobody  answeres there calls how soon would they go out of business.  And no i wont give out the prefix here.

I contacted the Information Commissioner directly.  They passed the complaint to The Direct Marketing Association (UK) Ltd, DMA House, 70 Margaret St, London W1W 8SS who, it seems, control the use of information (telephone number/ address etc) lists and monitor the ‘do not contact’ list from the TPS.  They have responded saying that their technical section have investigated my issue and identified a programme error in the way the lists are being checked by their members (F and P being one of them?) and that it has now been rectified.

If you folks are still getting unwanted calls then I would suggest you not only contact the TPS but also the ICO.

Rectified when? They called me as recently as 14.40 yesterday.

I contacted Falcon & Pointer online with a request to remove my number from their calling list otherwise I would start charging for my time and told them failure to pay would result in County Court action. Despite this they continue to ring. Reported again to ICO and urge everyone else to do this to speed up action being taken.

Been called several times this week by this number - not going to poress any numbers to stop calls as it looks like a scam.
Reported to TPS for what it's worth !

Just complained to the ICO by their online complaints form and also e-mailed them pointing them in the direction of this blog and the many complaints about these pests, the e address is =casework@ico.org.uk

Yet another silent call (6th in less than a week) from these telepests, ICO - my complaint is on its way!

Called repeatedly by this number, as soon as my answer machine cuts in they clear down. I'm in the T.P.O. but of course that's useless in terms of stopping these spamers/scammers.

Another call from this number with a recorded message.  We are unlisted and have TPS.

Yet another one here who has had to put up with this phone pest and recorded message. At least there seems to be an address and website for these lawbreakers and I'd like to think action will be swiftly taken against them and their anti-social behaviour.

From the previous pages of reported incidents, this caller is a prolific nuisance and deserves to be investigated.

Had multiple calls from this number. Already on my call blocked list and their calls are now intercepted and cut off . Reported to ICO several times already. If they (ICO) know the caller and the number they should be getting them disconnected and FINE them heavily. What is the point of the ICO is they fail to act on these menaces?

Hi Nigel - I've answered this before, but to keep on top of these b@5tards here again -  I've been doing some digging on these creeps my family have suffered no end of nuisance from them. - if you look at some of current rogue companies, you see that the likes of the Winchester clan and Andrew  Kissick became Directors as others resign. I suspect they take over companies - possibly legitimate ones - use their databases and numbers etc, then set them up in Swansea, either in that hotbed of scamming companies in Princess House, Princess Way, or out on the Enterprise Park. They no doubt get a hefty grant from the gullible Welsh Government to do so too...

The Gower Road address above is where there are many businesses registered and is probably an accountants office, but it is where Mrs. Angharad Kissick and Mrs Victoria Louise Winchester run K&W Solutions Ltd (Kissick and Winchester....get it?). Seems to be a quiet company, so is either a scam-in-waiting or a tax dodge for their husbands.

Oh yes, I forgot: Email Andrewkissick@live.co.uk . He's a director of Capital Increase Ltd and Falcon & Pointer. I saw an 0800 number for Capital Increase somewhere too - I'll dig that out and everyone can ring them. They're all run from the same premises in Swansea, princess house (4th floor), and owned by Andrew Kissick and Ben Winchester. They're responsible for untold misery, along with a few other Winchesters.

Called from this number @ 13:30 today. My mother in law is seriously ill in hospital and we are trying to keep the line clear. My own 82 year old mother also receives calls from this number. Both lines are unlisted and in TPS. Reported to ICO!

Same thing, Falcon and Pointer. Reported them to the ICO again, that's each day this week. The ICO must know these toerags are riding over the TPS and the law, yet Falcon and Pointer are not showing up on the ICO action list. Keep submitting complaints to the ICO, maybe when enough of us complain about these people they will be shut down. Let's hope so!

Just called me. No message left. I won't be answering. Always check any number that comes through. Haven't enough income or money in the bank to even be considered for what appears to be a company offering the chance to claim back money from a bank.
