Well actually, he isn't replying, because he can't. If he could, he would. As his continuing silence demonstrates.

He certainly isn't winding me up. The opposite is true - the more replies I get from "Russell" and his colleagues, the more they give away. And I'm not "playing into his hand" (I think "hand" is preferable to "hands", it's a metaphor from card playing. The "hand" I'm dealt, etc).

"Russell's" (if my linguistic colleagues have analysed correctly) latest "hand" is merely a scream for me to shut up and go away. No chance. aMANICo got my name by devious means, hoping to make a devious profit out of me. If they hadn't, I would never have heard of them, and wouldn't be here now. But I AM here now, and I won't go away.

Sorry to have to repeat myself, but "colleagues" is spelt thus, and not as you would have it. You should pay more attention, especially if you intend to pretend to be someone else. One easy way of spotting fake message posters, is that they make the same spelling mistakes. See also below*.

In English, "English" would usually be capitalised.

*Your habit of starting sentences with "And", and asking rhetorical questions, is, according to my linguistic colleagues (sic) a dead give away in your case. Don't worry about it, it's just something you do. But others don't. For instance, I don't. Consequently, it helps to identify you. Your use of "we" is also quite interesting, in this context.

From which it would be possible to suggest that someone claiming to be a low level, and very recent, aMANICo employee, has, without payment or other reward, taken it upon himself to defend aMANICo here, night after night, to the extent of pretending to be someone else, ie someone whom aMANICo has coldly called.

It all adds up. Keep your messages coming, sweetcheeks. The more you deny, the more you admit. I suspect you have already imposed that message on your staff, and very sensibly too. But the damage is done...

I've reported them to TPS. I am a member and also ex-directory.

My phone displays the number calling, so I ignore it.

I never fill in surveys, so the staff member above is wrong in saying everyone they call has done that. No doubt they are TOLD that in their training!

I think the situation is that they exploit something in tiny writing on page 26 million of something you might have filled in, in connection with something totally different. Your data is then supplied (without your knowledge or consent) to fly by night back street outfits like aMANICo. Their highly trained, career oriented, highly sensitive and highly paid 16 year old staff will then pester you until they get fed up.

Well, that's my experience. There used to be someone called "Russell" who posted here regularly, giving the company's point of view (he must have been at least 17) but he seems to have given up, so I don't know if anyone else can answer your question about TPS reports.

If you look on companies house you will find that Finicial Connections accounts are overdue. Amanico name was changed to Xpress Direct in Aug. The police as taking an interest in this repugnant company.
Their office number for financial connections is 01606336400 which is answered so if want to make your feelings felt this is the number to ring.

Oh dear. Doesn't look good. There was a similar company, not so far away and not so long ago, that sacked all its staff by text message when it went bust. Their staff didn't get paid arrears of wages either. But I don't think they were connected with this lot. No doubt "Russell" will confirm, if he can be bothered.

I agree with you that this company is very likely to go under oweing lots of money. My research shows a very worring picture. When you cionsider an insurance contract is based on utmost trust. I would not trust these people to boil an egg.

If you constantly make a nuisance of yourself, you could end up with an ASBO. Does anyone know if this applies to companies? Or can you use a Freedom of Information Act request to get the identity of the little f*****s that have been phoning, and get ASBOs on them personally. Or the directors of the company (whatever it calls itself).

I do hope that the directors could have an ASBO imposed because of their repugnant actions. Please could you let the Cheshire police know of your problems with them. The more of us who complain the more seriously they will take this. When I spoke with them they were only aware of one of the company names Amanico. They were aware of many issues to do with this organisation. I do hope that it is only a matter of time before they act.
The other thought I have had is civil wrights legislation do we have a right not to be harassed? I will look into this.

im actually wondering weather its illegal for someone of 16 to sell life insurance as you have to be 18 to buy it.

Im quite appalled at the people on this website. Gutless is a word id use to describe people who personally slag of managers/owneres/other employees. It effectively shows your age, get some balls.
