If you are going to make comments charlie, at least keep up to date.  Me and Ross are not the same person, note the different spellings in the name?  What I don't like is people badmouthing managers of a company because they have a grudge against them.  I don't care about what you claim she has said or done, the fact is that she is the manager of the building, so are you just jealous or can you enlighten me on what you have managed or achieved in order to earn as much money as she does?

Is she really.  Well I suppose if you are certain in that then it is your duty to report it to the police, but be careful, you don't want to get caught wasting their time.  Still, none of my concern really is it?

Seems to me like alot of people on here are talking above their stations.
I've been studying business and business practice for years and I wouldn't make such crude and rash comments as have been made here. Anyone working for Amanico full time(I discount students and the part-time workers which have been previously trying to discount themselves from this generalisation) clearly has no knowlege, education or experience on the matter and therefore should stop speaking like they do about it. Half of the things said on here are blatently made up on the spot with a few dictionary words thrown in to make yourselves look intelligent.

Looking through the company information available my advice would be GET OUT.

Although we are in a credit crunch and new jobs are hard to come by, I understand this, but if you can do, do. This company, as illustrated by the comments is bad news.

And yes I do understand this may all be rumours, but anyone with this many enemies/ complaints/ unsatisfied ex employees is surely not someone who should be managing a company, well not if it wants to be successful, something is not quite right.

so why was that fraud hotline number comment abusive, russell?

I fully agree with Observer’s comments, very well said. Peeping, or anyone with knowledge of the alleged benefit fraud concerning a manager employed by Click. If you would like the fraud hot line number. Email me on rhunter1000@hotmail.co.uk. I will be more than happy to give this detail. I consider it to be the duty of any decent citizen to assist the authorities in gaining criminal prosecution.

So you've had time to look into the company have you Observer?  Would that be why you still think we are Amanico?  If you were actually that clued up about it you would know that we are now a part of Click Connect.  The only reason we sound bad is because you have only read the comments on here, which is basically a website for people to have a [***] and moan on, so obviously there's going to be negative stuff.  I wager if you compared the number of complaints to the number of satisfied customers, then the number of happy people far outweighs the number of grumpy people.

Just as an afterthought, for all your time studying business etc. did they not teach you how to spell blatantly?

Nice one Russell, turn it around to try and make me look an idiot.

Truth is I don't need to look into the company records to know what it's like, although I have out of interest, because I used to live in the area and became very familiar with the establishment doing a short spell of summer work there a while back trying to fund my next year of Uni. Hense why I referred to it as Amanico, as that is what I know it as.

What I said is true, and was mainly aimed at you. I don't know you but I know that if you are working for 'Amanico' (or whatever else it wants to call itself in order to avoid being recognised for its former bad doings) full time then you have no idea what is acceptable and what is not in business practice, because they only employ people who have no idea, which explains how they get away with it. The ones that do know get out before they get dragged into the mess of it all. You speak as if you are a degree level business man here, or you try to, but I know you are not. One by the crude and stupid statements you manage to make and think is true and two because you work for a company that doesn't employ that highly qualified people as they wouldn't stand for the treatment and ethics of the place.

And thanks for pointing out my typos Russell, doesn't that make you look mature? everyone makes mistakes, and its you that is making the biggest one of everyone on here just purely by trying to defend the company.

So how long have you been studying business for?  I only ask since Amanico was set up around 4 years ago and since you were funding your way through uni at the time, I get the impression that you yourself are not much of a businessman yet?  I don't know which records you have been looking at but they must be fairly out of date since Amanico ceased to exist a few months ago after the takeover by Click.  That also pisses on your bonfire about just changing the name to avoid recognition; it's a completely different company.  The setup remains largely the same in regards to the callcentre itself, I mean, where would be the sense in closing a fully-functioning building just to open up a new one?  Surely your business sense can see that one?

If you think that the company can "get away with it" just by employing people who are not all experts on running a business then I think you must've had a bump on the head.  The company is not governed by itself, it still reports to people like the FSA who if they find something wrong will be swift to take action, however since such action is not forthcoming, it would appear that there is nothing wrong.  If you would like our FSA number it is 311877

    Ex amanico call center operative
As a ex amanico worker i have to say this is the best place i ever worked
My job was fun, every one was nice to get along with, and the managers were great!

I dont know why people have to slate it!

A University course takes around 3 years, 5 with post grad, and since I am still studying it, as I formerly said, that fits in with the time frame of amanico exisiting.

I actually cannot be bothered arguing on here. I have put my point accross and you seem to care so much you feel the need to continuously come back on every single comment I make. Unlike some people I have more important things to do than keep coming here to argue about something I no longer care about.

Just wanted to put my point accross without having my qualifications and thoughts questioned by someone who clearly doesn't understand what I am trying to say.

Keep using the defence of the fact that it is governed by the FSA, although we all know there are ways to avoid them knowing specific things about a business, they can't continously be watching what is going on in the day to day business practice of any company.

It isn't like I was personally offending or slating anyone specifically in the business like some people on here do, and therefore I don't understand why you feel the need to get so defensive. It wasn't the worst job I ever had but it deffinatly isn't all one hundred percent above board. But like I said I will say no more.

The FSA was meant to be regulating the banks, look what happened there. The whole country has been saddled with million if not trillions of debt. The FSA has proved not for purpose. Much like Amanico, Xpress Direct, Click or what ever you decide to call yourself this week.

It just gets better and better. Those arrogant pricks who thought that they treat people in the world like sh*t. Seem to have got what they deserve. As I always say take the p*ss out of the establishment. The establishment will eventually take the p*ss out of you.

Xpress Direct are thriving, the sale signage refers to the building, the occupants are not affected.

Companies house records' show Xpress Direct in liquidation, hardly a glowing reference.
