Thanks to all. I was going to go for two interviews tomorrow. One with Bour Bon Creations and the other with Paramount Force who seem to operate in exactly the same way. Of course i no longer will waste my time.

Yeah they are trying to take advantage of young people giving them false hope it does not offer any job security  and who wants to  66 hours per week? I certainly would not lol

this primus uk ltd is a scam, thought it looked dodgy but my partner had been applying for jobs, has a job as manager but has been looking to move into other management roles. so anyway primus call and offer interview, we check website but he thinks might as well go and see what its about. all the staff were scruffy -- he went to leicester -- and the interviewer didnt seem too professional which made his suspicious also he would not be specific about pay so we googled it and found these complaints about the company - THE LONG AND SHORT OF IT IS THIS COMPANY WERE PREPARED TO HAVE MY PARTNER LEAVE HIS CURRENT JOB WHICH IS SUPPORTING OUR 3 CHILDREN ON A LOAD OF LIES AND FALSE PROMISES OF A JOB THAT DOESNT EXIST AS THERES NO SALARY - COMMISSION BASED!!! - HOW DO THEY SLEEP AT NIGHT KNOWING THAT NOT ONLY ARE THEY RIPPING OFF THOSE DESPERATE TO FIND WORK BUT ARE ALSO WILLING FOR PEOPLE TO LEAVE JOBS SO THEY CAN CON THEM - YOU DONT USUALLY EXPECT TO GET CONNED WHEN LOOKING FOR A JOB - IT SHOWS WHAT COMPLETE [***] THERE ARE OUT THERE!

Use are all full of horse radish, I started working for the company MSG elite marketing which is a partner to this company in Belfast. Yeah, it is 100% commission based but the fact about the matter is you have to push yourself, you will be trained how to do everything possible to get moving on in your business but youve to put 100% in, its an extremely fast moving business and the reason why they contact so quick sometimes is simply because some people cant hack the door to door sales, if you put the effort in, in the business you will be making an absolute fortune. Get with times and don't listen to the people above, your only destroying an amazing opportunity which could be the making of everyone.

Damn. I've booked a train to Leicster tomorrow for the first interview. I'll go and be richer for the expierence but I'll not be going to my 2nd.

Like you i went to pearl chamber building in Leeds. the company i was goin for was both Primus UK LTD and Leeds United endeavors(at first i thought it was somthing to do with the football team) i sadly went throught the entire interview process and the 'observation' prosess (basialy was set taskes by my mentor and due to the weather being so bad yesterday was sat in a workers car while they went ad did their 'work') we had a breack for 'lunch' @ 4:30 (although for me it was more like early dinner). i was with another observer who was also having doughts about the company in general.  After the days work had been done we went back to the office(if you could call it that) and as many of you was asked to fill out another form. After filling out this form i was then spoken to by my mentor saying that because i didnt have any business experiance (eventhough my CV stated that i had spent a year in a UK Careers Academy) they were gonna try and reccommend me for the job because there was 'somthing that they liked about me'.  5 minutes later was taken for the interview into a large room that had barely any fittings in it and had the interview.  Tthis interview lasted roughtly 5-10 mins where @ the end i was told that instead of over 13 other people that apparently had experiance in the Business sector i had been choosen.  After being told what i had to bring for the next day (which was today the 5th of Jan 2012) i rang my mum and dad to tell them of the apparently good news.  My parents were a bit unsure that what i was telling them was correct and the reason that they were unsure is because they actually work for the Tax Office so they know exactly what should have been said interms of pay etc.  today when i was supposed to be going for my first day in the job my dad sent me an email with a link to this weabsite and advised me not to go in. he also asked me to txt him the number of the company that rang so that he could explain why it was that i was not working with the company.
so in the end i am still lookin for a fulltime job but have avoided a really bad job with little chance of getting paid

well i applied yesterday and had a call today about a job interview tommorow ???? doesnt look good does it

I had a feeling this company would do something along these lines, after reading the very vague job description that honestly didn't even make that much sense. Thank you for your very detailed post and I'm sorry you had to be the one to waste your time with this company! I won't be going to the first interview now!

i recieved a phone call of bourbon creations which is apparently this company, I have an interview on Thursday, but I will not be attending. This comment has made me change my idea's so thank you very much! I hope this has helped others like me to stop them being dragged in! Thankyou again.

I am just back from my first interview, O MY GOD! They are a bunch of kids with an attitude problem who are trying to make money out of people looking for an honest job. They said they would call me to go tomorrow and spend 8 hours with them, YOU MUST HAVE A LAUGH! Guys don't waste your time they are not worth it. God be my witness.

I have a family member working for bour bon creations they dont get home till 11pm 12pm im concerned.

I had an interview today and the office was a conmplete joke. It was like something out of a movie. I got invited back for a second interview tomorrow but I'm not going. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I also had an interview with Frontline Solutions. Avoid at all cost also.

I've been through whole process, actuallly yesterday was my so called observation day after being " Successfully" picked for the job , I can tell you that it is a total scam and a plain rip off !!! it was just a waste of time and money, basically they are just looking for young people who are in need of a job and they give you the impression that you finally got accepted at a respectable company and give you a lecture of being a manager in less than a year ans all that sweet talk, anyways BASICALLY WHAT THEY DO to cut it short and simple in one sentence is : walking randomly in the street and knocking at random people houses doors and asking for money for a fake charity.

I advise anyone who is not interested to waste thier time and effort to join this scam , unless you are up to a long bus ride and alot of walking to figure out what i just said in my msg, i actually came back a while ago so pissed and i was looking online to see anyone who is talking about that [removed:lang], and i found this and i am glad to give you my honest feedback ! Just DONT GO and keep looking for jobs, you'll find one eventually, good luck! and if you want any other info , you can email me and i'll be happy to help you to stay away from such [removed:lang]!!!

I had an interview at Bourbon in exactly the same offices-Dickinson Business Suite-Manchester. Got thru the interview and to the observation day which found me in the middle of a council estate cold calling, it poured down all day and our lunch break was 15 mins long!  My accounts manager for the day was 20 years old, I am a lot older, he said he'd been to uni-if he has, surely he should be over 21! I passed the day and got told to go back to the office for a final interview, however after speaking to family on the way there I quickly changed my mind. DO NOT GO to any such interviews, it's all a big scam and I feel sorry for the people that think they will make their way up the business, they are doing 11 hour days of cold calling, if they don't get any people to sign up they don't get paid! Such a shame, the companies should be banned!
